Lol seriously can we just have a ban on posting things ol clickbait Kornes says…

none of it is interesting and it’s all designed to just stir people up.

Hodgey wants a new rule! Hodgey gets a new rule.

No more clickbait shit from Cornes in here.

Also:
Can we also threadban Rendell quotes. The bloke is senile.
Done ✔️

There’s not enough money in it to make players shift interstate, uproot families etc.
I don't get this. The players are asked to move when they come through the draft when their wages theoretically are at their lowest. Why can't they be asked to move when they're getting paid through the life of their contract. I'm pretty sure even minimum wage players can comfortably afford an average rental in every city in Australia. If necessary, give them a relocation payment that is payable by the club that takes them on. The contract is their security, the contract should be movable.

Jeff's been proven to lie through his teeth so I'd not trust too much of what he says.
I thought it's indisputable that we are paying Clarko. It's why he made us sack him rather than have him at the club next year.
To me, the only person that's put us in this position is JK. How he's not held accountable for his actions needs to be looked at. Not sure who has the power but disable that mans email please !
I agree 100%. My jaw dropped when he said it last night on 3AW. It just opened up more unnecessary commentary this morning.

He was trying to back track on the email as well and couldn't, IMO, understand why it was blown up so much. He has to realise at some point that he is the President and his words carry weight.

Barrettbandit thinks that it’s Gunners that we'll trade …….. based on nothing but his gut feel. Quality journalism!
Gunston has had multiple clubs kicking his tyres, but they all want to hand over late picks.

If you are talking a player on say $300,000 with two kids in school and a contract offer of 2-years, it's something that I personally prefer to keep player choice for.

I would of thought he would be a priority for the Dogs with Bruce out next year! Maybe the 1st next year with a future 3rd going back?
Clubs are thinking that they'll get Jack for a 3rd or 4th rounder. No one's giving up a first.

If they are serious about winning the premiership next year then I think Brisbane should trade us pick 18 for Gunston. They are in the window and if his back is good to go then it could be the ballsy move that wins it for them. Either way they are in the now and have to try.

With the Eel out for the season and smoking Joe the most unreliable kick for goal there has been, Gunners would be a superb pick up for them .

Round 60, it will actually be the first pick with a fractional decimal value..

JOM, Mitchell and Chad all *might* play a role in our next premiership run. They might also have stellar seasons next year and attract trade attention next year. If I understand correctly Gunston is the only one to have 2 seasons left tops. (??) We should probably take anything of value we can get for him. Pick 60 has no real value for us and you'd have to think a club will see the value of an offer at least late second round.
