Marc Murphy to retire after his 300th game this week.

Drafted as a priority pick.....hasn't left the place much better than when he arrived.

His last half a dozen games as sub, just so he can get to the milestone, sum up his career.

Not much glory in the way he's crawled to 300 is there?

Lenny in comparison, happy to leave on 297 rather than chase a milestone.

I find it amazing that Xavier Ellis somehow has made hipster accountant a fashion look.

I find it hard to believe that a guy who always looked like he couldn't put on weight now looks like he wears a fat suit.

Looks like our game will either be Saturday twilight or Saturday night, I'd prefer Saturday night as it won't clash with the Bledisloe Cup rugby test.
I couldn’t care less when it is coz I am stuck at home all weekend anyway. But prefer twilight to better prepare us for round 22.

Eddie Betts powerful on 360

Very. He looked absolutely shattered.
And mentioned that Kosi Pickett was also vilified on the weekend.
WTF is wrong with people?

So Teague is sacked the week after?
No, the review conducted by Wallace & Gromit has found that they identified that the 34 year old midfielder was the only change required to push back up the ladder.

Interesting times over at Princes Park.

You know, I HATE cancel culture with a passion, but i'm not sure Tex's head on a spike over this is such a bad idea in the hope for something to actually change.

How much "education" do people really need.

The damning thing is that everytime something happens poor Eddie has to come out and bear his heart and plead that people stop being racist. It's going to break him if it hasn't already. It most certainly hurts every Indigenous player and person everytime but for Eddie to get up almost once a year and fight and fight to no avail must feel incredibly crushing.

Good on him for doing it though. I didn't see his interview but having people explain how it feels does more to change minds than telling people that they are doing the wrong thing. Most people aren't campaigners they just don't realise what they are doing has consequences for others.

There are obviously real arseholes in the world but I agree that a lot of it comes from ignorance. I’d say one of the best ways to prevent racism is to know a diverse group of friends. If you know someone personally who’s been racially abused or you see them every week and get to know them and their culture you’re much less likely to take it lightly or belittle it. For alot of people they only come in contact with their small group of people and can’t put a human face to the people they’re abusing
