He has it
Yeah but he was OOC. As Scorpius pointed out this doesn't matter. I thought it was a Covid only special thing but it appears it's been going on a while. We moved him there he was on the Senior list last year
Gun is a fair stretch given it's only his 2nd game so likely played on someone in the midfield who didn't even pay any attention to him, there is reason why recruiter initially saw him as pick 50+ so credit to your development.Sorry for intruding guys, but I just wanted to thank you guys for Luke Edwards. He's such a ******* gun!
And he’s already shown heaps more than Ben Jarman and the lesser Edwards who we rated higher because we did actually draft themSeriously, Luke Edwards is in his second game. There is a long way to go.
God some on here overact.
So we would had to rookie list Edwards, maybe we would have if no-one selected him in the national draft. We moved him there he was on the Senior list last year
There's reason why Jarman and Edwards were both rookie listed and then cut, if Luke didn't get selected at pick 50+ we might have also rookie listed him instead of Mackay......And he’s already shown heaps more than Ben Jarman and the lesser Edwards who we rated higher because we did actually draft them
Mackay had been signed in SeptemberThere's reason why Jarman and Edwards were both rookie listed and then cut, if Luke didn't get selected at pick 50+ we might have also rookie listed him instead of Mackay......
Thought both Edwards' looked good for West Coast tonight.Luke played well tonight. Played with composure. He reminds me of Tyson in that he seems slow, but also seems that he has plenty of time. Too early to call, but he's looming as a pretty decent pick 50. It helps when you are playing in a very organised, professional team. Liked the look of Foley too.
Rubbish..they have won 10 march premierships in a row under hinkley..long may they reignGood player manager but that can only carry you do long, hence he got that spike in performance when he was appointed. And every year it seems they get a very favourable and easy draw when they are "contending" for the premiership and found out wanting against the top 8 years.
It's not a free hit. He went after all our picks, we would have need a list spot. Who could we have delisted is the real question.
On Pixel 5 using BigFooty.com mobile app
Josh Kennedy is an all time champion of the game.
And Carlton gave him away
If you don't count whoever you delisted or don't recruit as a resource.Only needing a open list spot is the definition of a free hit isn’t it?

They are still undermanned so it will depend if they get all the players back in time given they should still make the finals and provided 3 out of the 4 Melbourne teams finish in the top 4.West Coast v Richmond was probably the best game of the season, well let's make it the 2nd best. Adelaide v Melbourne will always be the game of the year. I reckon Kennedy's amazing goal was the nail in Richmond's flag chances. An amazing comeback win for WC, crowd went absolutely nuts.
I guess in this case I see the free hit as the opportunity to get a specific 4th round rated draftee for a 5th round pick. Was it worth preserving a list spot for that opportunity? Depends who it costs you. We should have cleared Gibbs spot for him. When is that not true for any list addition? That’s generic to any listing decision

Players drafted after our picks turn out to be studs regularly and questions should already be being asked regardless of this situation.I’m not too worked up about this just yet, but this was a free hit by any standard that currently applies
If he turns out to be a stud then questions will be asked
