Rozee v Caldwell? (You can say neither too)

I currently have 6 midpricers, Harmes, Preuss, Brown, Ziebell, Daniher, Impey. Hope that we get enough def rookies so I can drop Harmes or a good forward rookie instead of Impey.

Harmes is an interesting one, seen a bit of buzz around him. DEF-listed, capable of 90-odd, Viney and Brayshaw with interrupted preseasons.

I've currently got 12 premo's and 7 midpricers. Harmes/Heppell/Hately/Brown/Ziebell/Daniher/Impey.

Heppell travelling OK on the preparation front? If he gets through a solid block, I'll be keen. Hately is an interesting one: His stats don't look as good as Caldwell's at first blush, but he had effectively zero exposure in the middle, no CBAs last year. If he gets into that rotation, upside. Reckon if I were going one of the two, it might be him over Caldwell as is stands.

I have four in that price range, but full disclosure I have another couple in the 320-380k range

Yeah, there's a couple in that range, absolutely. Currently have Milera, have toyed with a couple of others as well. Will depend how the rookies present.

All about Rory, too, have him locked in as it stands. Similar thinking, have various options on a silding scale, depending how rookies present. Doch interesting, he's flying under the radar, I reckon. Didn't even give him a moment's thought, but should. Both the big dogs in the ruckline, nice work

I have 4 in and around 200k -300k with 3 rooks on field.

Think that could end up being a fairly common mix, thinkk I've got around 4 rookies on-field in today's version (which will change in another 5 mins lol).

Got 2 atm.

Impey looks solid to me.
Traded Danger down to Stewart when I saw that danger has a bung calf and groins, put used the extra cash and got Daniher as a placeholder. A couple hours later he was playing ruck in the praccy so he's holding that spot until he breaks down or raises a redflag.

Like the look of Impey, a void of significance has opened up for him and he was able to come back and get some games in late last year.
Daniher I was wary of, but everything you read is that he hasn't missed a beat, and if he does pinch hit in the ruck, gives the chance for the odd HTA or contested possie around the ruck contest.

Currently running 5 but changes regularly, will come down to how many rookies present for round 1.

Absolutely, all circle work / preparing for contingencies at this stage. The god thing is you'd think the one and only praccie should give firm lineup insights.

I think everyone needs a plan B MPM team ready to go if stuff all rookies are available round 1.

I have one ready to go.

Rozee v Caldwell? (You can say neither too)

I’ve got a soft spot for Rozzee. Even after he burned me a bit last year. Kids got class.
I don’t know enough about Caldwell to make an assessment but I feel like he won’t get the big mid minutes people are suggesting. Only concern with Rozee is I heard on the port board he was in a moon boot a couple of weeks ago.

Gull. Proven SC GOD.

Bont has to share the load with Smith, Libba, Treloar, Dunkley, Hunter, Daniel and Macrae. Dogs players are risky this year IMO.
