Not confident Jones has the fitness to lineup early season .....more likely during the season

I was afraid you'd say that mate.

Haven't heard anything about him so far this pre season.
.
Might have to go MPM up back with DGB at D6.

So ive ended up with a very 'different' team as the result of dropping a couple players that i considered 'locks' and choosing viable alternatives and re-structuring. That lead me down the garden path to a team that i think is really well balanced but relies very heavily on mid-priced forwards, at the expense of premium mids.

I've spent heaps on high-end rookies so i wont need to find any extra cash and hopefully if cheap rookies present themselves ill be able to start with some $ in the kitty. Planning to use DPP to full advantage as well!
Not really a fan of your ruck strategy tbh, if I was going down this path I'd swap Grundy for Hickey and use the extra cash to upgrade a few of your midpricers.

14 keeper guns, 7 rookies if they present in round 1. Parker a big pod and risky but playing 145/149 games in 7 years for an average of 105 is the sort of durability I like over high ceiling morons like Fyfe, Kelly etc that break down. No Neale and Bondi Seagull has me biting my fingernails though. 6A9D293F-EEE9-40AC-90BD-7A3AE0B79524.jpeg

Made some adjustments kentys to my team.

Thanks to the power of alcohol I have that studly big Cox at D6 now that all the ladies love. 😍

Got rid of Phillips and Atkins so I can fit that filthy seagull Lloyd into my backline too. 😎👍

Today's MPM version with 213k cash. If cheap defenders become available I'll grab them. Not convinced that any of the higher priced rookies are value.

Wanting to see how Preuss/Draper go. Also WiPhi. Can grab Preuss or Draper on the bubble painlessly if they show promise.

Gave Neale a miss as he probably gets the Clarke tag round one,but will be a priority upgrade. Short I rate highly - improving, the go to man, with good skills and Duggan is a less injury prone option to Zilliams. The other midpricers seem reasonable on the basis of (some) past performance, or potential Screenshot_2021-02-05 My Team - The Herald Sun KFC SuperCoach(1).png Screenshot_2021-02-05 My Team - The Herald Sun KFC SuperCoach.png .

Ah you know what they say, promises tags are meant to be broken (eventually)!

Don't mind your ruck strategy. That defence is make or break though.
I feel Steele is at his max, and when Crouch returns it may have a negative impact.

I've nearly drank a whole bottle of Teachers scotch kenty.

Been doing Roghy maneuvers all night and boy does it feel good. 😍

Don't mind it but the mids scare me a bit.

I've gone light on super premos in the mids but having said that my midfield bats 6 deep still.

Heppell and Hately will be easy platforms to upgrade to fallen premos. I expect them to both average 90.

I expect Simpkin to further improve this year to around 110 average and Rowell well he is the chosen one.

So 4 pretty good mids and 2 mid pricers should see me be pretty competitive along with the essential must have big guns that I have like Lloyd, Neale, Gawn and Grundy.

Not sure I'm that confident Heppel/Hately average 90 plus that's all.

Heppell can easily average 90 if fully fit.

He will be the main man of half back and distributing the ball from the back half.

Hately will be playing as a pure inside mid which he never really did at GWS. 90 average isnt an unrealistic expectation. It's not like he's a rookie or anything.
