Reckon it's a near certainty. Don't have any WC players and only Collier Dawkins but treating any potential trade ins from them as Rd 14 bye players

By cutting guys like Flynn (for Reeves - assuming he survives two more weeks after this one), I can bring in during the bye period:

Whitfield, Danger (or around that value), Mitchell and I'm thinking of C Ward - to get 4 midpricers or rookies out.

But that will likely leave me with the likes of RCD and Bianco in the mids, plus Ward, then Weightman up forward and Phillips at F5.

My bench would then basically have A Scott, Burgess, Parks types there - with only a couple having any actual value....

I have different personnel but almost the exact same issues.

Talk firming about bringing Richmond's game against WCE ahead to Round 13 and they have their bye in 14.

Doesn't really affect my bye planning as RCD is my only West Coast or Richmond player but could be interesting for those with Dusty or Short.

Hmm I wonder if they would shift to a best 20 next week and a best 16 in rd14 to account for the amount of bye teams.
Will throw a huge spanner in the works whatever happens.

I reckon they'll just give you their averages if they can get that to work.

Currently have Jordon to Crouch as it works for my byes and gets a rookie up to an underpriced premium. I’d prefer to do Webster to Hunter though? but can’t as im loaded for round 13 premiums. But if Dusty got pushed to a round 14 bye I could make it work

If it were me, I'd ignore there scores next week as if it was their bye and then give you their averages in round 14.

It isn't so bad normally but the world we live in isn't normal anymore covid could easily break 1 round making the byes 3 rounds gives it thrice the chance.

Yeah same problem. I would think (hope) most are in that scenario and just don't realize it yet. Spending up too much early in the byes will make the issue even worse. Whitfield is likely going to be my only "big" spend till I come out of the byes, then reassess.

Even squeezing every penny I've got myself coming out of the byes with 2 rooks.

this has been the problem with the almost continual injuries in my side. Players like Sharp, who are next to worthless - either haven't been removed to start generating cash or can't be removed now as there is no one coming through.....

At best I'll have three rookies, with Ward and Phillips as mid pricers.

Would they change another 2 teams to play R14 and give them the bye this round? Probably too late to do that now given teams would have prepared for matchs starting imminently! :-/

I've got Gaff, Dusty, RCD and already loaded with R14s so suffice to say that would screw me.

I would have 11 in round 14 if they switch the games. Have dumped Mills and grabbed Zorko meaning I have 12 plus maybe a McNeil if he comes back.

Rowe, Jordon, Byrnes, RCD, Poulter all choppable from R14 anyway. Don't want to go too far the other way and then the game doesnt switch. Plus I hate the other R13 players.
