Problem with keeping Ladhams now is that he will probably be worth the same or less end of next year. We just miss out on the flexibility of having the pick a year earlier.

If he is behind Hayes and Finlayson he is unlikely to have a better year and unlikely to want to sign another contract w Port.

Thats why we should have sorted out what we're doing with Ladhams before picking up Finlayson.

Pick 12 and 16 could be combined to get Pick 3.
With North committed to the South Adelaide superstar I wonder if we would bid on Daicos.

I would do the Ladhams trade just to see Eddie's reaction.

There wouldn't be a club that would trade pick 3 for 12 & 16

Would people be happy if we turned ladhams into JOM?
I would prefer a player to build around our young core rather than a player that will only ever play under Hinkley but jom is a need more than Ladhams so while it’s not my preference I’m not horrified at the thought either
Who do you think it was?
Dr Feel!!
Between rounds 5-9, Wingard scored more Best and Fairest votes than Tom Mitchell and Blake Hardwick. So youre wrong.
Wingard had down the same for years at pier, playing great football for part of the year and then not was a part of the problem.

Unless Ken has already signed another 3 year deal there is no way we would use that pick on a 2021 draftee over a JOM type.
Shame, I would love to get the pick before Adelaide.

Tyson Stengle, as expected, has chosen to play for Geelong. Nice get for the Cats.

His year in the SANFL was statistically inferior to Jimmy Rowe's the year before.

Adelaide has made another offer to Sydney for Jordan Dawson.

Foxfooty.com.au understands the Crows have proposed a trade of Melbourne’s future first-round pick – which they acquired last week – for Dawson.

There are no other selections involved.

I sort of agree with you but if we still think the window is still ajar, he could be just what we need as a specialist forward only, 2 goals a game in a side that struggled to kick 10 this year would be a bonus.

Someone at the club still considers the window to be ajar (of money) and is making the most of it.

As much as I want Boak and Gray to win a premiership, can we afford to go down the Hawthorn/Geelong path and go all in?
