I'd take Sheldrick over Dittmar. Dittmar hasn't improved his kicking since State Schoolboys.

Yeah I don't mind Sheldrick either. Watched him live in semi vs Swans when he was injured and he had an impact up forward, so a bit of flexibility to him.

I thought he was clearly best on ground against Swans in the grand final.

Reckon he would fit perfectly in Richmond's midfield the way he played that game.

Williams - meh
Dittmar - looks solid. Good agility.
Sheldrick - Has a Crowden, DeBoer feel to him. That can be both good and bad. Someone you'd love to go to war with.
Jones - One burst down the wing. Looked like fluent mover.
Motlop - Is he too big for a small? Has large legs. Yes, I'm suggesting he's carrying weight.

Schoolyard pick? I'd take Sheldrick first.

I think we’ve already got our Sheldrick in Mitch Crowden & Dittmar is very much in your SPP mould having watched him develop through the juniors & I think Brodie coming alleviates any need for that type. Late picks I’d look at a Chipper type rather than those 2.
