Definitely. Was the best for us imo. Liked Wilmot's first half and Coleman gave us a lot of great pressure acts at important times.

Agree, those three were the ones that stood out for me. Wilmot had quite a few good defensive plays, including several strong spoils.

The other one that stood out for mine was Fullarton who I thought worked hard despite the less than ideal conditions for a tall (which probably suits him more).

Fullarton may not be setting the world on fire but he is progressing, looking a lot more competent and confident as a tall than he did a year ago. He has a presence that matches his size more now, plus seems quite quick and agile as a tall.

Coleman is beginning to show that he reads the play well enough and knows how to time his bursts onto the ball. I wouldn’t mind if he was running off a halfback flank as a trial. Might be partly wishful thinking, but perhaps he could evolve into a rebounding/intercepting defender like his brother.

Having two colemans off half back would be the thing of dreams. Seems highly unlikely atm but Blake is only 20 and may take a little longer to develop than Kiddy.

Also Blake looks to have improved his endurance but still looks a way off being fit enough to play a 4 quarter small forward role, needs an injury free pre season to work on that endurance.

Fullarton would be getting a game at many clubs. Is just taking time to get the strength and aggression to match his size and athletic abilities. There has been improvement this year and he should improve a lot more.

B Coleman will be a player if he can get is fitness and endurance up to speed.

This is speculation but Dev fronted the club during the week and told them straight up that if the club takes Will Ashcroft F/S then they could go and get stuffed. He would demand a trade to the Eagles to play in a future premiership midfield with Redden and Yeo. The club obviously freaked out and asked Will if he was willing to go to the Roos next year instead. It really blew up then. Marcus was furious and rang Martin Pyke to have a word with the softc*cks at the Lions. Fair to say the Lions backflipped immediately and Dev kept his word and jumped on the first plane to Perth.

Alex Jones verifies this. It's a fact.

And Josh Kennedy said if Dev The Saviour moves to the Eagles he will come out of retirement for one last flag.
