Going for more durability as to the reason no Dunkley, Whitfield, Butters or De Goey. Cogs and Curnow are cheap.
Neale was moving like Cripps was two years ago so no thank you, Grundy will be in the fifties for total points scored so no again.
It's a game of luck and there is every chance my predictions are way off but I'm going to run with them anyway.

Neale was back to his best in the finals though. Loving the Brayshaw selection.

Even if the Greenwood pick works he wont go up much in price.
You can probably afford to watch him and grab him early if he goes off.
I would go
Greenwood to one of Rowell, Berry, Rookie
Witts to Grundy, Nic Nat (best for byes) or Gawn (Best captain option.)
Lock 2 captain options away in the ruck at the start of the year.
Wouldn't going Witts for Grundy be similar to the Greenwood pick as l can't see Grundys price going up much higher as well.l'm not sold on Rowell yet and l'm not interested in another rookie. Berry l do like but seeing as Greenwood might rack up his price and points with his tackling l believe this might be my best option ...atm.

Spent every cent. No Neale, Dunkley or Sicily. Maybe to much spent on rookies?

Spending every cent is a commendable effort.

Don't think only have one premo ruck is a good idea.

No Neale is interesting, you're in trouble if he starts well as he's 51% of teams and you won't be able to get him without sideways trading another premo.

Crazy Rucks.
Neale at m6.
I know this isn't serious, but a weak backline. Uwland is a better D/M donut as he's likely to play at some stage. Danger and Witts are bad picks. Preuss and Milera are traps.

Two versions. One vanilla, with 5 onfield rookies and 4 sub 280k mid-pricers. In the second R2 Grundy has been replaced by Preuss.

The net effect to scoring is English plus Preuss vs Grundy plus Comben or Hollands. Version 2 has an extra 64k in the kitty.

Needless to say Version 2 is subject to reasonable pre-season showings by both English and Preuss. English can be swung in to R2 if Preuss is indisposed.

Hi team, still a fair way out from kickoff but this is the sort of team I keep coming back to. 90k in the bank.

I really rate Touk but also think Rowell could be something special, and I wanted to dodge two from the same team in mids - hence Oliver.

Tried to look for some difference in F and D, and so I dodged Lloyd and Dunkley.

Not sure about Milera or JHF - will see how I feel in a few weeks.

I prefer the higher priced rookies on the field, as it gives me flexibility closer to season kickoff

POD defence which I like TBH.
Taranto is the pick I would question.
Likely replacement for Punchable up forward.
I think he is going down in price until he moves back to the mids.
Otherwise nice team.

Dropping 2 premo rucks got you 1 extra premo mid

The buttox computer says

NO DEAL
Agreed.
If you cant make the extra cash work with both of Preuss and Witts.
How do you expect to make less extra cash work by taking only one of them?
Set and forget rucks this year is the way.
We have 4 valid options that is heaps.

Some advice from someone that started Ryan last year. Don't do it.

ST KILDA young gun Jade Gresham has passed the first test in his bid to put a frustrating two years behind him, displaying glimpses of his A-Grade talent in Thursday afternoon's intraclub clash at RSEA Park.

The 24-year-old hasn’t played a senior game since rupturing his Achilles against Essendon in round three last season, after missing the second half of 2020 due to a stress fracture in his back.

But with former captain Jarryn Geary, injury-plagued midfielder Dan Hannebery, ruckman Paddy Ryder and wingman Jack Billings all watching on from the grandstand at Moorabbin – all are still a chance to play in round one – Gresham showed why he could provide Brett Ratten with the major boost the Saints need to bounce back into the top-eight in 2022.

The 2015 first-round pick has followed a carefully planned program over the pre-season, overcoming a few niggles in his recovery but building to a point where he is now almost ready to return when the Saints face Collingwood on the first Friday night of the season.

Gresham played the opening half and the first five minutes of the third quarter as planned, zipping through the middle and in attack, and is expected to increase his game time to three quarters against Carlton next Thursday ahead of a full hit-out in the AAMI Community Series clash with Essendon on the eve of the season.

"He had some minutes he needed to get to and it was just about getting through today; he was pretty nervous before the game. I think he is starting to get a bit of confidence back which is good for us and hopefully scary for the opposition," St Kilda forwards coach Brendon Lade said after the hitout.

"He hasn’t really missed a beat this summer. He had a few setbacks here and there, but generally, he's been very, very good. He's improved his running and will play a bit forward and midfield, which is exciting."

Ready to go after watching intra today :fire:

Yeah it wasn’t JHF type game but its only feb
Gresh is a really good player.
Today he was no where near his best.
Maybe 8 touches in the half he played.
Which is fine on a comeback from injury.
But he didn't scream pick me from an SC stand point.
