Yeah nah full credit to the boys we’re just taking it one week at a time playing our brand of footy with our structures and pressure it was an eight point game yeah nah we’ve gotta be switched on next time it’s a four quarter game yeah nah elite specimen just happy to get the four points we’ve been training the house down yeah nah it’s disappointing but he’s up and about scoreboard pressure we knew they’d come out firing yeah nah yeah nah yeah nah.Yeah, nah, gotta love trying to translate footyspeak!

This is my most generic team yet. I really like it.
11 keepers plus Sicily/Gresham/Rayner/Cogs/Coleman, hopefully 2 or 3 of them become keepers too.

Yeah nah just trying to focus on the things we can control we’re confident that we can turn it around next week 7 days is a long time in football yeah nah he copped a stinger and has been sent for a yeah nah.

I’m fairly confident Sicily will be a keeper, I’m optimistic on Cogs, and the others will be stepping stones if it all goes to plan yeah nah.

Today's team, the first one I've made with Dawson in it....ever. 
Sicily > Short if a few cheaper rookies stand up. For now a couple of the expensive rookies can place-hold. I just can't find a way of starting with 4 mid premo's without exposing the Def and Fwd lines to rookies.

I'm finding it hard to stomach going with only the 3 premo mids.
Really trying to make it work with Macrae, Steele, Mitchell, Neale but it means a small compromise here and there like you mention.
I'm currently running with 5 on field rooks compared to your 6 though.

I'd downgrade Milera to a rookie and upgrade Witts to the Big O. At least that way you have a chance of him being another keeper
