I think a few players have had 2 or 3 poor games but survived because we were winning. They should all go now pending appropriate replacements are ready.

It's not really overreactions to be questioning TDK (2 bad games stinkers) , Plowman (2 stinkers), Owies (2 stinkers in a row) , Fisher (a few stinkers too) , Martin (always invisible) , Young (not athletic enough for Chol types, slaughtered) , Newman (can't win a contest to save his life. 4 weeks in a row) , Fogarty (a nothing presence), Boyd (absolutely too small to win tough football in the role he's playing) and hell maybe even Kennedy after that game, the worst performance by a healthy contested midfielder without a tag in a long time.

Certainly all the names before I said Kennedy shouldn't be considered safe. At all. Obviously not gonna make that many changes in one week but I think they're all gonna be phased out soon.

Agreed. Question here is if a third tall defender is of more value than using TDK as a 2nd ruck, 3rd forward. I'd use McDonald in TDK's role with the added bonus of being able to push him back if Young struggles again.

Dow and Stocker deserve to come into the team. Durdin will be back and so will Pitto (I hope). Not sure OMac will be ready.

Pitto for Fogarty

Port have an undersized forward line and defence. So I’d keep TDK in to stretch them.

Also, you can’t drop them all.

Lycett was subbed out last game wasn't he? Will he come up?

Hurt his shoulder (dislocated) but played out the game - Wines was subbed off with a heart scare prior to the Lycett injury.

He was absolutely struggling to get any sort of movement by the end of the game, I’d say he’s 50/50 at best this week. Regardless, hopefully Pitt is back.
