Couldn't possibly be that a third of your team are top up players who aren't SANFL standard and get exposed badly if your AFL players aren't dominating.

I was at the game. Glenelg dominated in patches and hardly stole the game so I take your point. I’m a Glenelg fan so this is always an interesting one for me when these sides come up against one another.

But the umpiring against port and crows reserves side is an absolute farce and it was on show today. Anyone claiming otherwise is being fairly one-eyed about it.

Wrights 36 isn’t he now. He’s basically just a playing coach out there. Directs a lot. Talks a lot but doesn’t get involved much in play anymore.

I wasn't at the game and watched most of it while posting on here. I didn't see any major umpiring howlers. I could hear Glenelg supporters in background constantly complaining . We that follow SANFL know Glenelg supporters whinge more than a any club. Pity we don't have a big match day following as to drown the opposition supporters out.

What was clear today is that we don't have much depth at all playing sanfl.
Only 2-3 players putting their hand up to be promoted today and a couple of others that may have some potential in the future

One thing on this forum I find funny is the mental gymnastics that people display.
On one hand it’s “the afl are corrupt, AVFL….they’re against us….penalties incoming for another AFL team’s transgressions, etc etc.
In the other it’s “we need to join the AFL run reserves competition entirely based around a prostituted VFL because that will be fairer than the corrupt SANFL.


Seriously, some people on here have been drinking the same coolaid Port supporters have for quite a while.
Or there’s a predominance of mental health issues on this board.
