Kobe Williams played this morning in the Vic Metro Trials, he moves and plays very similar to his dad, looked a little lost off hbf, but looked at home in the forward line, kicked a goal, hit a big tackle and had a few good passes, all he needs is the shotgun after each goal lol, I would like to see more of him at the u16 champs, possible target for 2025

Dear and Maginness I'm not sure about this year, they are not setting the world on fire

McCabe played well in defense recently, Twomey mentioned him as potentially top 25 which aligns with my read 9 months ago

Mark's kicking for goal was a thing of beauty and I never once thought he'd miss. Hopefully young Kobe shows some promise the next couple of years so we can grab him as a FS.

Too true. There’s no reason for us to cut a lot this year we have 3 decent picks incl. msd and McCabe as things stand. If dear and Maginness shoot up the rankings we can revisit of course would be a nice problem to have

We need a gift first round talent. Rebuilding with just the one annual first round pick isn’t easy, especially when the sides already well ahead of us keep getting gifted top 10 picks through father sons (Pies, Dogs, Lions), academy’s (Swans, Dogs) or trading / other club incompetence (Geelong, Melbourne)
