Not Horses fault the players are missing easy kicks on goal.

Bigger problem is that we’re getting monstered in midfield and ruck… again. We’re an incredibly soft side this year. We have some silky players and can win when we’re kicking perfectly. Otherwise, we’re by far the easiest team in the 8 to play against.

If we’re honest, we really don’t deserve to be here. We’ve been very poor for far too long this season.

Melbourne game was incredible. Probably the best we've played in a final since 2012/2014.

But let's not kid ourselves...we were lucky to hold on against Collingwood.
We outplayed them for 3 quarters...sure last quarter was bad but we outplayed them most of the game. Not a lucky win imo. If Pies won it would have been more lucky for them considering we outplayed them for most of the match.

There's genuinely nothing positive about this game, bar McCartin, Melican and Blakey holding up extremely well.
And once again the effort of Gulden to run himself to the point of
cardiac arrest. Piss Parker and Rampe off as Captains now and let this bloke lead like he was born to. Him and Mills next yr before taking over by himself. Nowhere near the player Kelly was just yet but he does have something beating inside that jumper that Kelly had.

Just way too inconsistent this year.

Would love to see a gutsy move and sub JMac out now and put Fox in.

Backing the system isn’t going to work tonight. They have the pressure game and kick to a leading player we hack kick to a Carlton chest mark.

I cannot believe the lack of leads. It’s almost like they don’t think they are a genuine target but if they lead it opens up a space behind them for the next lead. Amateur hour.

Don't remember having a stoppage inside 50 or it really being in there for any period of time. Our game is based on keeping it in there with repeat entries and you cant do that if the ball comes out every time it hits the ground after a marking contest.

We really are lacking a big body with burst speed like Green, Oliver and Trac.

Yep, 100% agree and we've needed a player like that for about 4 seasons. We've clearly not been able to recruit one, and we sure has heck haven't drafted one.

Move Campbell and keep Paps forward after centre bounced. Lack crumbers and pressure.

Such Hickey and put Amartey and McLean in the ****. Get fox in there to help run off the back.

Heck, swap Parker and Heeney.

Who's sub?

Sam Reid?

If the game stagnates in the 3rd and Horse doesn't inject the sub at some stage during the quarter, I'm convinced he doesn't actually know about the sub rule.
