If we played the pies or Port this week we would be on the receiving end of a 100 point loss as well.

I don't think its anything to do with the hawks playing bad , they are playing as well as port are letting them , we let them own us hence why they looked better

Playing at Marvel compared to Adelaide Oval makes a difference too, some much better teams than the Hawks have been destroyed there including us.

Both Port and the Crows grow an extra leg there with the home crowd support and the home town umpiring.

Yeah , we have rarely put a side to the sword , Geelong are one of the best teams to do that , when they get you down they bury you

Yeah 10 goals is “we got smashed” but 80-100+ is all hands on deck entire fan base melts and self destructs stuff

We were pretty bad but the Hawks also played a lot better than they are today and of course they had Sicily too, still no excuses for us losing to them.

Port adding to the humiliation of losing to the Hawks. Interesting on radio they are saying that Bergman is an outstanding user of the ball. I have heard others say it about him in the media which doesn't seem to be what others on here say. He is always talked up for setting up play through his ball use. You only ever hear about ho terrible he is on here.

We were their GF. They reckon they’re just not switched on and cracking in like they have in recent weeks. Simply not winning contests. Which has been their big strength.

Andy Maher said they set for us and planned this handball heavy game. Saints had intel but didn't help us.

Port are stamping themselves as a contender right now but they have to get through finals and their style has to stack up in September.

I reckon they look better now than they did when they have played finals in recent years and choked.

The big difference is their midfield which they have revamped with the likes of Rozee, Butters and JHF which is now as good as any going around.

I would love to have just one of those young guns in our midfield let alone all three.

Definitely better than last time with lots of their youth taking the next step and lots of players spreading the load. If we ever come good I think that will be our strength. Lots of load spreading.
