Interesting seeing their best players are largely those they traded in Rankine, Keays and Dawson. Their drafting has largely been horrific

They need a coach like Horse. A genuine disciplinarian type. Someone who will tell these guys who have only ever known being the best player in their team, I don't care who you are, where you're from, what you did... as long as you love me.
