Well ....this is disappointing !

I was looking forward to spending my Christmas / New Year, making continual changes to my team .....lo & behold, looked at my team I revised last night .....OH MY GOD !!! ......PERFECTION !

Nothing to change ....all this planned time & nothing to fill it in with now

Christmas turkey at Premium mid of the future place .

BYO...

😎

I'm actively trying to change my team and I can't seem to do so.

I'm stuck on:
  • 12 premos
  • 2 genuine mid pricers (Fyfe and Hopper)
  • 7 high price cash cows (between $256k and $158k)
  • 9 cheapies (none under $124k)

I'm trying to slot another premo in, but I can't do it at this stage.

I'm not making any progress, so I just need to wait until the new year.

I'm starting with 22 premiums this year...😎😎

With no Team Picker, I'm probably looking at something like this....

3 of Stewart, Dawson, Sinclair, Sicily, Doc
Yeo
McKenna
3 Rookies

Oliver
Macrae
Steele
Cripps
Titch
Hopper
5 Rookies

Who knows!
Darcy
Cameron
Madden

Dunkley
Cunnington
Fyfe
King
McLean
3 Rookies

the question is the breakdown of your premos. if you look for value. you might be able to squeeze in a 13th..

i think you gotta break it down. i was thinking like this.

100k essentially means rook.
200k means high price cash cow.
300k is like anything close to 300k eg. yeo hopper tt fyfe
400k is anyone above 350k to like 450k
500k is your value priced premos. up to like ldu and co.
600k is anything from 600 to say 640 (mills)
700k is touk and up

so my structures have so far looked like this.

currently v1.1.84 is:

def: 3×600k 1×300k 2×100k
mid: 3×700k 1×500k 1×300k 3×100k
ruc: 2×500k
fwd: 1× 600k 2×500k 1×300k 1×200k 1×100k

but some of the structures ive really liked are:

def: 2×500k 2×300k 2×100k
mid: 3×600k 1×500k 1×300k 3×100k
ruc: 2×500k
fwd: 1×500k 1×400k 1×300k 1×200k 1×100k

def: 3×500k 2×300k 1×100k
mid: 5×500k 2×300k 3×100k
ruc: 2×500k
fwd: 2×500k 1×400k 2×300k 1×200k

and

def: 4×600k 1×300k 1×100k
mid: 2× 700k 2×600k 1×500k 1×300k 2×100k
ruc: 2×500k
fwd: 1×400k 2×300k 1×200k 2×100k

finding out the value players which need to be locked will essentially decide which structure to go with. atm its fyfe amd hopper like youve stated. id almost chuck yeo into that same basket.

in my years of sc. every team has their 500k premos. its like natural progression of sc scoring and pricing. but wce have copped it last year or so and their prices are a bit out of whack. which id want to take advantage of with yeo and sheed.

Yeo isn't even doing drills with the team, he is running laps.
Fyfe is definitely puntable, but I prefer Hopper for exactly the same price.

This is my cup of tea, being a numbers obsessive; going to play with each equation and see what it spits out.

Are you sure about that?

May I ask, where in that 90 seconds is my statement contradicted at all?
I am basing my statement on current media and the WC supporters board, which may or may not be a more reliable combination than a puff piece put together by the WC marketing division.

Not sure if this has been posted yet...on the basis of the Grundy/Clarry conversation last evening

On a serious note, would there be a reason why the thumb wasn't operated on a few weeks after the end of the Dees season (allowing a bit of a gap for mad monday recovery). Why wait til now, just a few days before Christmas? How is he supposed to open his presents with only one functioning opposing digit? Concerns are mounting at the Demons
Drafting a broken and beaten down ruck to "share time" with the best ruck in the league?
Are they planning on tanking '23?

Piggy will be fine IMO.

But unsure on why they got Grundy .
Neither gawn or Grundy are forwards .

Bit like Sandi pants and Dean Cox as ruck combo ...
