So, not quite full MPM types, but verging on, with great potential above the going rate.

IF is the thing, for starters. Where does he fit? Maybe high HF, lonely planet stuff.

The one good year he had he played thru the mids, 2016 or 2017, I think and there isn't space there now; Garcia and Baker will get precedence if training reports can be relied upon. He doesn't have the tank for a Ryan Clarke role.

Ideal sub type for mine.

And I'm sure there maybe a few naysayers with this approach, but thanks to SSwans2011 thoughts yesterday along similar lines, i will continue on my merry way

I will however admit a certain hatred for that flog McLean. I remember before that GF discussing how many flopping free kicks and gifted goals he'd jag.....then of course the umps just rocked up and handed them to him. I was pulling my hair out in disgust. He wasnt even good at it, like say duckwood.
Without the flopping he's always been barely magoo grade. Been on their list since 2016 just to teach the "Toby Flop" to all the rooks.

Is there a ruck outside the premo tier anyone thinks can genuinely go close-ish and / or generate 100+k?
Callum Mills: anyone starting him?
The Green/T Mitchell/ N Anderson / LDU tier: how many can you start at max?
Was thinking only one, seeing a fair few sides with two.

Is Kingsley expected to play a similar style at the giants to what the pies play? I may be wrong but if he is you don’t see people jumping off all the giants mids. Titch might not be top 8, but he’s come into Collingwood and impressed right away. He looks in the best condition I’ve seen him in, in years. I’d be shocked if he isn’t the stand out selection from all the 550k and less mids

I like the Kelly pod pick... If you can free up some cash through o.allen - titch - Dawson or Kelly.... Upgrading Fyfe -> darcy Camercon would be a nice spot swing backup in your forward line

I’ve got three within that tier Rowbum, Simpkin and Green in the mids. It’s super super risky but if they start off with a bang, you’re well on your way to a brilliant start

Only one I don't have is Titch. Also have Chad Warner at M6.

Think the Steele talk is a bit misleading. One of those guys who doesn't bust a gut through preseason, but works his way into the season proper. Going to just stick with Darcy atm and see how it plays out.

Even with slight injury concerns, I'm not sure how Steele is being discussed as anything other than a virtual lock at his price. Priced almost $100k lower than his ceiling, and has gone 120+ twice, while Bont never has and is seen as a lock.

He was out of my team for one 12hr period, otherwise he's been in since SC opened.
