We are slow and predictable, we don’t take our chances, we let the opposition out of their defensive 50 with zero pressure, our small forwards are clueless to the drop of the ball, we cannot stick a tackle to save our lives, our link up play is abysmal, we let the opposition set up behind the play the way they want, zero quick ball movement, we cannot execute under pressure, we cannot find space and so get in each other’s way in congestion, we have no flair or finesse, our coach mollycoddles the players, we keep on giving LOB chances to do f’all, our forward 50 entries and the leading of our 2 that’s right 2 Coleman medalists is mediocre at best and the IQ of a peanut at worst, we literally have more than enough cattle but we play like an under 7 foot side, get ball kick or hand pass to no body.

Ross the boss comes in and turns this ******* rabble into a well disciplined, cohesive, super fit running side in one ******* off season! Even with all their injuries! Voss has had two preseasons and has gone backwards. We are a ******* Joke!

McKay, Silvagni, Newman, Fisher and co done some ridiculous stuff today and often do it.

There were more mistakes with ball in hand than usual.

Do we think that we are carrying one too many inside mids? We still look slow in the middle even with one ruck.

Anyone who blames Voss for this loss or worse wants him fired is a bum.

The game plan was perfectly fine up until the half time.

I accuse the playing group (except.the kids like Jesse and Ollie obviously and First Gamer Cincy) of being big headed, lazy and complacent in that second half, and they need a bloody good hard look at themselves.

The playing group culture at this club stinks, and has probably ever since Parko retired and handed the reigns to Britts.

We cannot afford to keep changing coaches every 3 years or so.

Let's back Voss the Boss in and let him turn this mediocre culture around.

Voss has been nothing but a mediocre coach his whole time in that role at two clubs now.

There is zero body of evidence to show he's one of the best coaches in the league.

We really need speed in this team, but that was a putrid effort after halftime

The turning points for me was Sinclair in the middle and we didn't send Ed with him.

Then the Jsos and Harry misses were the momentum changes

Voss, this team, need to decide when it's time to go, you don't hold back. When time to retain the ball, you don't rush it

Mots, Durdin, Honey had very little impact when the ball hit the ground

The lack of cameos in the middle makes us too predictable. Contests on the inside much better, on the outside was terrible

We need a mini rebuild and probably a coaching change. Loaded up on contested and endurance footballers but have few with pace or skill.

Gameplan is slow and stagnant, and our inside-50 entries are predictable and ineffective.

We definitely need a mini rebuild. But to get anything of immediate quality and experience you have to be prepared to give something away. TDK for starters.

What’s a system when your players waver in their belief? This is once again at the feet of this playing group. They’ve got to stop feeling sorry for themselves and do their job. I’m quite sick of the coach blaming at this point. Players have to lift and stop shying away from the moment.

Once again our structures and game plan are the reason for us losing.

And by structures and game plan I mean lack there of

Coaching team letting us down massively

There is absolutely no doubt the game plan from our coaching team this year is a major step backwards.

This has been evident in every game, slow risk free possession allowing the opposition to get numbers back in every game.

Too many players continue to be gifted games for non performance whilst Dow clearly on the outer has been a solid consistent performer for a long period, give him 4 games at senior level to see he has addressed weaknesses at this level.

The game plan needs to be overhauled, we will not win more than 10 games kicking 60-80 points a game.

Key question for me is whether our expectations were wrong. We lost 8 of our last 12 last year. We have looked shaky every game this year, with no convincing wins.
What evidence do we have that we are anything other than an 8-10 side?
