They’ve actually got a good forward line in their VFL side, hence why this result shouldn’t be a surprise tbh.

Binns getting a lot of touches, and providing a lot of run, but involved in a few turnovers. Has to eliminate this out of his game.
We been as flat as a shitcarter's hat
Collingwood breaking too many weak tackles by our boys. They need to take a leaf out of our senior players, and make their tackles stick.
Honey struggling at this level. I think he's gone.

Thought the boys really lifted midway through the 3rd and didn’t die wondering with their ball use through the middle. Just need to work on their polish and ability to keep the game in the contest for longer. Thought pies got to play their game a little too much.

He should have been allowed to play could cost us the finals bad decision as he only played a Quarter and a bit.

Akuei as a cat b us a no brainer as he's outside tge salary cap and doesn't take a list spot. Next year will be do or die for him.
I believe our recruiting big guns are over in Ireland this week with a view to signing another cat b rookie.

a few brief notes:
Binns was Binns. Incredibly consistent player. Really knows how to get the footy. His kicking has improved. His size and lack of explosiveness holding him back from afl at this stage but hard to see him not making it.
Cowan was goodish. Not quite ready for afl on todays game.
Fisher tried hard and did plenty but his size continues to hold him back.
Honey and Ed look gone from the list to me.
O’Keefe not as impressive as in prior weeks.
I felt Durdin was the pick of the bunch today. Really consistent showing. Good marking, spoiling and ball use. Very good backup.
Young was disappointing. Lob was ok. Carroll goodish but don’t see it in him. Akeui was terrible today. Worst game of the year. Lemmy’s body needs 3 preseasons.
