stevebbb Here is the RUCK-FWD you were enquiring about.

That's a lot of INs who are the OUTs?
Ramsden replaces Lynch (concussion)
The others are anyone’s guess. C Mackenzie looks like he needs a rest, or some VFL time. So, he is likely the out for Day.

Still need outs for Lewis, Weddle and possibly Ward. Will be a couple that are a bit unlucky, unless they are sore.

My guess Lynch, Long and Mackenzie (to get him full mid minutes at VFL level).

Not sure on the other two spots

It would be outrageous, he was far from our worst. Should be Mackenzie, Long, Lynch, maybe Bruest, CJ, or Morrison get rested. It's a lot of changes from what might have been our best performance of the year.

I haven't watched him so just going off the stats. It's hard to ignore the -65BE even if he has shakey JS. Surely he gets a decent run at it after a good start.

We'll need some patience with Ramsden due to his physique, but ask any Hawthorn player and they'll tell you how impressive he's looked at training and in the VFL. Regularly hitting the scoreboard in the 2's.
He's already been re-signed for a further two years despite not having played a game yet. High hopes for him in the Tom De Koning/Eric Hipwood mode, with more of a presence up forward than in the ruck.

Weddle has been building nicely in the seconds and racked up 27 touches last weekend off a back flank, but has spent a lot of his time on the wing.

The future is now.

Didn't do much for the first 3 quarters then went bang in the last.
He played on Rankine and kept him pretty quiet, apart from that late goal Rankine kicked from the grandstand:cool:

Just had a vision from the SC Gods the Hawthorn OUTs are Sicily, Worpel, Mackenzie, Greene, and Mitchell
David Tennant No GIF by Doctor Who

What do you think of Seamus's JS ??
Personally, from his first two games I‘d give him a decent crack at it.

He seems to be a decent lockdown small, but as we saw in the last quarter last week he can also provide decent run out of the backline. I thought he seemed quite composed with ball in hand watching him live last week too.

Having said that watch him be one of the outs in half an hour!

Sam Sturt?
