Quality change, needed to happen. Hopefully Fish works into some form in the 2’s

I personally think Kennedy having bursts on ball and up forward would give us more than whatever Ed is giving us atm. Maybe next week
Kennedy’s weakness is his ability to cover the ground. While that’s Ed’s strength. I assume once some of the medium-small forwards come back that Ed will be squeezed out

I asked why Ed was still getting a game. It came down to he is the only one they think can do a shut down role. But I agree I think we need to go past Ed at some point.

Say what you want about Fisher’s form but he’s unlucky to be dropped over Honey.

Definitely the kick up the backside he needs.

I think he suffers from being in no man's land. Not quite strong or fit enough to be part of our midfield and doesn't seem to have the craft to impact forward. I think he needs to improve in the latter to get back into the team.

He was allowed to play that high forward role which suited him but Walsh is doing that now.

I agree with that but running is really all Ed is doing atm imo (and like most of us I adore the guy)

Not this week, as Jack kicked 3 and did his bit last week, but I’d prefer Kennedy playing that role up forward with bursts on ball. I think that would render Ed surplus to needs

Be interesting to see how it plays out over the next few weeks

Honey deserves a block of games to see if he is up to the level.... Fisher has had plenty of time and it's about bloody time he got the ass. Surprised they haven't managed Holland's though especially with Cotrell back, maybe next week.

Thanks for that. If I had to have guessed, that would’ve been what I went with so it makes sense to me

Like you I think the time has come to move on though

I just can't imagine it's that hard to teach someone to tag... Maybe Dow could add it to his game and then learn to burst away and work them over when appropriate. Cause clearly he isn't getting a look in.

Imo it’s only a matter of time until coters takes Ed spot
Great shout. Actually did a best 22 the other night to see where I thought we were at, had Cottrell in

Takes a decent grab and can kick a goal. Obviously endurance is elite. Could he get a gig on a forward flank? I’m thinking yes

Agree with Kennedy over Silvagni, better at forward stoppages and kicking for goal. Could Silvagni be played down back? I would put him in the 2's to experiment

I think Honey slowly worked his way into the game last week and did some good things. One could also argue that Fish could and should have been dropped sooner

It is a Flip of the coin game.
All I want to see is that we play that transition game, attack and not lose because we revert into our shells
Brisbane by 5 points
I don't think you can go from boiled lollies to Chocolates in 2 weeks.
