Knowing my luck he's going huge šŸ†.

Cogs and Day going with the sheep's this week.

Hope I can do maybe mills next .
Keep up - Iā€™ve got both of them already!

Butā€¦

Iā€™ve been whacked with their shit scores and suspension - now you just waltz in and pick up their good scores!

Great plan, mine is very similar. Planning to be full premo by the byes.

My problem is, a great Marshall score means nothing if it is followed up by a dud Phillipou score.

Need to get the shite rookies off the pitch first.
Do we count Sheezel & Ashcroft as rookies?
If not, Iā€™ve only got one shitty rookie on the field this week Wilmot/ Cincotta loop

ā€¦

False economy though, got a lot of spuds to fill the rest of the team!

Sheezel, arguably not, would keep him as a D/F 6/7 in my final team.

Ashcroft, will most likely need to be upgraded, midfield spots are too valuable, a swinging Sheezel at D7/F7 to loop in would be great to have.

My take of a rookie now is someone who will need to be upgraded.

I don't think I am prepared to be trading out failed midpricers before rookies are off the pitch. Therefore Pickett stays and can go to the bench if needed. I am sure he will come handy during SC finals.

I pulled the trigger on Piggy this week when Pendles got the flu (who had actually been De Goey from round 1 until he missed...yes I was getting sick of these 1 weekers and yes I know that's bad SCing. So next week it's probably Sinclair. I have a Florent-shaped problem in my defence, who had been the well performing Day until that suspension. Florent has been very, very bad. So another wasteful sideways-ish trade incoming although I guess it still fits into "upgrade". I should've just held Day for 2 weeks and fielded Cowan.

Loose plan for the next two weeks

Round 8 - Setters/Wilmot - Oliver/Cincotta

Round 9 - Hollands/Greene - Steele/rookie

As long as my rookies don't shit the bed, and Oliver doesn't go massive should be able to do those upgrades. Would leave 3 upgrades to go with 17 trades. Plus Sheezel.

Now to spend the weekend watching it fall apart.

We just need one more sub 120 from Piggy. Its not too much to ask, surely.

Starting to put more focus on bye spread as it gets closer for 50/50 calls like Sinclair vs Sicily and fallen premiums like Steele. Prob steer clear of Rd 15 byes from now unless gilt edged. Also not sure whether to complete fwd line or hold an open slot for Cameron with more focus on cleaning up the mids

Must have a fair amount banked?

I've got $140k ITB Cowan > Cincotta = $102k
Gives me about $242k so I'm hoping Gawn goes around 100 again should drop to about $500k
Hollands is currently $272k should make another $10+ so I should be able to do it just.

Wow didn't realise Gawn was so cheap!
