Can't see any good reason to make any changes other than those we are forced into making,

SOS and Mots in, Dow or Kennedy as the sub

Dow vs Kennedy as sub

match fit vs non match fit
quick vs in/out on ball
not known for slotting goals vs kicking goal

Lucky Im not making that decision lol

Okay, so Fog probably stays in. However would love to see the extra run provided by Hollands. Out of the defence, Cinc could be vulnerable. Has been just doing okay, not outstanding. So Doch back into defence perhaps.

Dees will not have a tall forward line, so maybe Marchy will be unlucky.

Hollands should be sub.

Inject him into a game later on as fresh legs and he'll be running twice as hard as anyone else in the last quarter when we need it.

Owies has to play imo. Had a quiet game but with Martin and McKay out I am more confident in Owies kicking a couple than any of the other smalls

Massive game for Motlop, Owies, Cunners and Fog…if we can snag 4 -5 goals out of that group it will go along way to us winning

Still think Ollie is too slight for finals at this stage.

Was the story behind this particular character ever resolved? I feel like we could get Josh Gates or Don Wildman to do a special on it.
We will resolve the mysteries of lochness bigfoot and the Bermuda Triangle before we we ever discover who or what this was in the murky background to Andrew Walkers mark of the year … try asking grofunger on TC I dare you lol

It is an alien chimpanzee who had crossed 3 alternate dimensions to watch the very beginning of what would become the ultimate scandal and greatest attempt to cheat in the history of the AFL!!!!!

It sat knowingly in the background at what would become known throughout the multiverse as the “whatever it takes” game!!!

Agree, can't any unforced changes for the rest of this year. We're not going to adjust the team to suit opposition lineups, unless a fringe player has maybe 2 poor games. We don't need Marchy this week, but can't see him Fog or Cunners getting dropped.

How big do you need to be?
Big enough that you're not easily pushed off the ball in the contest.

He'll be a great player for us, I just wouldn't have him in there this finals campaign.

Pretty sure in the quarter/half whether that is Hollands or Dow would be the right strategy, conditions are going to be hard & fast so having some fresh quick legs that can impact may be a defining difference in this game with the big body midfielders from both sides potentially feeling it after a tough game.

I absolutely agree on Dow.

McKay & Martin are massive outs. Both out of our forward line. Big talented key forward talls are important in big finals & Martin has been all class and provided speed, pressure, smarts, goal kicking since coming in.

I would prop up our forward line this week whilst bolstering our midfield at the same time for the massive loss of McKay & Martin. Far too many teams go too tall for some unknown reason. It's ok to go taller if they are stars. If Jack comes in this week we should leave Pitto out. Kennedy to replace McKay and can rotate at times with Cripps who can play 3rd tall up there. Motlop to replace Martin. Marchbank can also play 3rd tall allowing either McGovern or Kemp forward if required.

In: Jsos, Motlop, Kennedy. Out: McKay, Martin, Pitto

The team below will provide massive pressure around the contest and enormous run & closing down of space & time when we don't have the ball. Obviously Pitto out may make us vulnerable in the Ruck but we are better everywhere else.

Cincotta Weitering Kemp
Newman Gov Saad
Walsh Cripps Acres Rucks Dekoning Hewett Cerra
Owies Kennedy Cottrell
Silvagni Curnow Motlop
Int: Doc, Cuningham, Marchbank, fog Sub: Dow (Hollands I'd start if he was to play)

Ever since Pies got Cameron, Cox, McStay & Mihocek playing in the same team, they have gone backwards. They were lucky to win last game. Dogs too tall and imbalanced all year. When Jsos & Young played ruck against Hawks they had 32 possessions between them. The Hawks combo had about 48 HO but about 12 possessions between. This doesn't take into account what spaces they closed and tackles our pair laid. Dekoning & Jsos combo against Freo was also positive against Darcy & Jackson. The Dees have two of the best ruckman and don't play one.

Our team seemed a little imbalanced last game & we need to bolster our forward line.

I am not a big stats guy but I still think the captain makes everyone else play better and if this is Cripps having a bad game then I will take it

Cripps murdered Mills on the night and anyone who doesn't think so is having a laugh.

Dow is a great sub choice, his weaknesses aren’t as exposed if he comes on around the end of the 3rd.

He has made a good impact when coming on late.

I like the balance of our midfield if Dow is sub over Kennedy, would be more than happy if Kennedy is picked, just no small forwards or tall defenders as the sub please.
