catching the bus out front at 5 - train from elsternwick into town - sumptuous banquet from the food stands at flinders street concourse (coffee, pie, pastie, salmonella side) - wander along the river to the g - soak up the atmos for a while - get in with an hour to spare - meet hbf & meb - pay them for tickets - insert earplugs - turn on transistor radio - watch s**t happen - go home.......

Just the two of us on tonight, other guy is a champion fella and I will not let him down.

Will get to see the 1st quarter before I start at 8.30. Hopefully we will have a two goal lead by then and never look back.

If we win, I sure as hell promise you I will be watching from my recliner the mighty Blue boys beat the Bears.

Will make sure I start off with a fridge full of crownies, just to add to the celebrations.
