I do. Minimum chips, one year contract. Upside is worth it

Don't think he'd go for it TBH, would be looking for a top up burst option and we're trending to mini-rebuild. Kinda same reason I went from express pace to spin, less taxing on entire body so why the bloody hell am I trying to pop my shoulder & ankles trying to decapitate people?

If he knows he's a bit cooked but wants to still play high level, he's opting elsewhere for mine on a minimal coin get up.

Attard. Was doing a Paton like job, did an acl, delisted. Ruthless AF

I think he might have lanced Luke Penny too. X-Man, Moose, disgruntled umpire Leigh Fisher, Voss, Fiona, Jarred Allen. He didn't **** around.

Averaging 10 games a year since he has been at the club makes it hard to justify giving Jones another contract. Its interesting because he averaged 18 AFL games a year at Sydney. Do we blame our training regimes and medico's or did he come to us with health issues? Its hard to know which way to decide, if Dave Misson thinks he is cooked then Im sure he will be moved on. If not I believe he offers strengths that are required, pure line breaking speed.

We definitely needed some outside speed last weekend - Adelaide dominated in that area.

I'm quite sure Penny quit coz of his knee during GT's time.

And Allen’s hip was totally gone and he was unable to play again at any level.

BIRSS.

Birss was traded to St Kilda during the 2006 Trade period for their fourth Round draft selection at Number 59. He played two seasons for St Kilda before being delisted at the end of the 2008 AFL season. Birss was then recruited by South Australian National Football League (SANFL) club West Adelaide but was hospitalised in December 2008 after suffering a depression-related breakdown which he attributed to his delisting by St Kilda. He initially quit West Adelaide after one match due to his battle with depression but later returned to the club.

hanging to see hotton and McLennan after the bye
Agree I think both will have big futures, but we will need to be patient. McLennan as an over ager who I thought lit up the NAB grand final last year. He would have been close to getting the man of the match award behind Ashcroft.

Hotton stood up and went to another level when he was playig for Vic Metro. Kids who can go to another level in big games usually have something special IMO.

Yeah like Mark McGough
Why the sarcasm - he won an Anzac Day Medal and was seriously flawed at junior & AFL levels. Absolutely nothing like Hotton & McLennan.

If we cant look forward with excitement to see our kids developing, it would be a pretty sh*tty life as a Saints supporter.

Ps A little funny regarding McGough. I was at training when the club picked up McGough. An assistant came out to tell Grant Thomas we had picked him up and GT had absolutely no idea who he was. They also went on to tell GT about him, he had zero prior knowledge of him.
