Todd Marshall, come on down.

In order for the Josh Weddle draft pick swap to look like a great move, we need the Western Bulldogs to finish no higher than 12th.

We have their 2023 2nd round pick, which currently sits around 25.

If we can get as close as possible to what would have been our 2023 2nd round pick, which Sydney has (currently pick 19), then it almost breaks even.

Jaeger for Meek & a future 2nd was a great trade.

We had the dogs F2 before the Weddle trade. Not sure what you’re getting at.

In order for us to get pick 18 (Weddle), we gave up 2022 pick 27, 2023 Round 2 (currently 19) and 2023 Round 3 (currently 37)

So having Dogs F2 and hoping they lose more games than they win, could land us a pick around 25.

If Weddle is a gun we win.

That's what matters.

I find myself barracking for the Eagles, Suns, Giants and North so that the Hawks can win more games but still get a high draft pick.

My best case scenario: a 4 to 5 win season and the top draft pick ( I could not care less if we get the spoon if it helps us in the long run).

Oh… and I barrack against the dogs for a better 2nd round pick.
Completely on this train too.

North and WC both have the suns in the next few rounds. Hoping they both have a win, as have more faith that the suns can win some other games

No one would ever want go back to Tongala. It Small like cow s**t.
Clearly never been to the Tonny takeaway.

Looking at Reid the campaigner was built off the fried chicken.

I understand we want dogs to finish as low as possible because we have their second rounder. Just not sure what this has to do with the Weddle trade.

We’re only going to be a show for a FA if we win some games late in the year, and offer over and above what others are putting up.

Win 5-6 games for the year in the back half and maybe we start get some interest on the back of that progress. Hard to see any FA’s being keen on us at the moment.

Is it time to thank the 3 oldest players on our list , "Thanks for your service" and then choose the best players running around the VFL in the mi-season draft?
