I am genuinely curious for the draft. FOS who I loved as a Jnr. Has spent the entire season either with niggling injury or averaging what would be an around a goal a game and 13 disposals. Somehow still strange to think Langford, Smith, Reid, Ashcroft, Draper and Smilie may be better placed for the draft. Unless you have multiple pick in the top 5 or so taking that high up has inherent high risk with what could be high reward.

After today's game I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up at St Kilda with pick 7 or 8. Be interesting to see who bites the bullet

I have no idea how Brisbane will get the points for these 2 kids

will there be players Lions trading out to get picks
Points matching has not changed for this years draft so we will be able to match with a bunch of late picks, there is also the option of trading out our future first rounder.

Although we have another highly rated mid for the 2025 draft(Daniel Annable) I would not be surprised if he ended up a top 10 selection next year, he is a gun.

Anyone know why Ollie Hannaford isn’t even mentioned in top 50. Seems like the perfect high hff role similar to McDonald at Hawks. Has had a great last month.
His last month been awesome. Surely his gaining a lot more attention now.

1 Richmond Smith
2 Brisbane Ashcroft
3 North Trainer
4 WCE O'Sullivan
5 Adelaide Draper
6 Melbourne Smillie
7 Richmond Lalor
8 St Kilda Langford
9 St Kilda Reid
10 Armstrong Essendon
11 Richmond Tauru
12 Suns Lombard
13 Richmond Travaglia

Added in trades and St Kilda getting band one. Tauru is rising up the boards wouldn't be shocked if he ended up going alot higher.

I presume Armstrong to Essendon but what has happened to Fremantle's picks currently 9 and 10 I think. Presumably one has gone to Richmond. What about the other.

So Richmond are getting 6 from GC for Rioli, 9&10 for Bolton then have the audacity to bid on Lombard and make GC match, that just isn’t happening.
Edit: agree with the ranking just not how it would play out.

Chuck Norris moment here... Armstrong doesn't play for Essendon, Essendon plays for Armstrong.

On a serious note, would be content with our draft haul if this were to play out

L Ashcroft & Marshall 66 d. Should add something to the Lions mid field.
