I noticed a small group of the players are having a second shindig with drinks and dancing the day after the wedding.
I must be doing my 20s wrong or something because if I was partying all night at a wedding, I would be a barely functioning human being for at least the next 36 hours afterwards.

It did at the point people started minimising the mocking sexual assault because it was just a bunch of blokes being boorish.
Seems pretty clear to me that he wasn’t arguing that but let’s say that was the argument which it would seem you disagree with.
Would you be agreeable with a punishment being given to these GWS blokes for joking about incest but not rape? Or would a fair conclusion be that joking about either in the form that they did is unacceptable and deserving of punishment from the public facing organisation that pays their wages?

Also the pc police putting their foot down and overblowing things seemed to throw things of track.

I get the Vic ultimate plus W membership. I believe it has gone up 11 bucks from last year. They'd want to make sure we still get the same number of games down here.
Did respond to the survey the club sent out which closes tonight. In the 'any additional comments' section I made a point at how disappointed I was with the effort put in to help Vic supporters celebrate the 150th year. A pre-season and pre match function, both with limited capacity. A $150 function and a disasterous family day in a venue way undersized for purpose. I also made the point that now with games like the Collingwood, Geelong and Essendon games all being fully ticketed, we effectively get only 4 of our 6 Vic games included in our membership. I made the point that it is getting very close now to be more financially beneficial to get a supporter membership with no game access and just pay at the gate. As I said in the survey, I would hate to see the day when I downgraded my membership because it wasn't value for money but it is getting to the tipping point.
