Maybe not, but there's quite a few others who would...Would like to think even Snowden wouldn’t buy those three…
The issue is who they are, because in theory if Cardone, Richo, Davies and Cassisi vote as a bloc Stinkers stays here forever.Right now it's Cardone, Snowdon, Tredrea, Richo, CD, Cassisi and Cripps, though I'm not sure how involved Cripps is past list management matters.
I don't think it's too many at all. Can't be leaving the general direction of the footy program in the hands of 2-3 people.

To be fair, having a board full of ex-players isn't the answer either. What I dislike is that we have professional board sitters there instead. I run into these people all the time and you find them in places like Woo Hoo, they charge a couple grand per day for their consultancy services. They are talking heads usually have a couple very nice degrees but generally know nothing about your business.Their answer up until now has been that we don't want a board full of past players.
Which, obviously, is a crock of shit, because something like 13 of the last 16 premiers have full member controlled boards and vote in balanced board
I'm a patient man but even my patience is getting exhausted.Cassisi wants Carr as the senior coach.
I am near certain that Hinkley won't be there longer than 2025.

If history is a guide, they aren't going to answer those questions.Mine too, mate.
If the club are fair dinkum they would announce a succession plan before the season starts and ideally before the AGM.
If nothing happens before the AGM, I won't be surprised if there are multiple questions asked of the directors on the Board about a succession plan, and I'm fairly certain that is not something they will be comfortable answering in any way, shape or form.

And their goal is to sit on as many boards as possible, they consult. They generally preach globalisation, sub-contracting services and increasing layers of bureaucracy in business and government. They are parasites and should be eliminated from economic existence.

Oh absolutely, my point was more that the member voted boards aren't full of former players.

I hope we all areRob had his chance and he squibbed it. I’ll be voting George.
Is this legit?George FIACCHI
As a former PAFC player and board member, I would like your support in my nomination for thePAFC Board. I have a business leadership background and have worked on numerous boards, Ihave been involved in football clubs all my life and my passion always has and will be the PAFC.
I’m confident my business and football background will complement the current board and bring afocus to football. Financially the club is in a strong position, our facilities are fantastic, and we havean AFLW team, so now we can focus on our primary objective of winning premierships. I feel it is time to unite the fractured PAFC community and give members and supporters the opportunity to interact with a board member who can table ideas and concerns with management and if necessary at board meetings.
My goal will be to:
1. Make football the core focus of the Board
2. Strive for AFL and SANFL success
3. Engage with members and supporters
4. Keep the club financially viable
I know everyone associated with the PAFC wants premiership success, having played in anextremely successful period I understand it is not one person who can achieve this but a whole ofclub philosophy.
The mantra that made us successful was “Players win the ball, Teams win games and Clubs winpremierships” I have adopted this philosophy in business and at football clubs.
It is very relevant today at the PAFC as we strive for our ultimate aim, to win premierships.
Now it’s been confirmed the great business wizard Kathy Nagle won’t be returning to the ballot, it’s George for me.
Thanks Christopher. Can you expand on what you think the club needs to do to engage a "new generation of supporters"?Hi,
I am Christopher Fitridge, one of the board election candidates.
You can be rest assured that fans and members are at the forefront of my action plan, and will have your best interests in my decision making with the board. Fans and members are the most important stakeholder in any football club.
I would appreciate your vote. My email address is on my Candidate Statement if you have any questions.
Thanks
It's from the info members receive to choose a candidate. So, as legit as it gets.Is this legit?
If so it is everything we want. I urge every member to vote first my boy Georgie!
