Interesting that Twomey is now saying that Reid could slip as far as our first pick also.
He mentions that we have done work on Hotton and that we are expected to look at Lindsay too.

It's starting to get to the point where I am going to be pretty disappointed if we miss out on all of those top line smalls and have to settle for a Hynes or Dattoli.

So much is relying on a few talls going ahead of us.

I was looking at the picks between our 3rd & 4th picks (35 & 48 currently), obviously they all move around with bids etc but we could get to our 3rd pick with the order something like

35. Western Bulldogs -
36. Port Adelaide -
37. GWS -
38. Carlton -

Round 3:
39. Sydney -
40. Geelong -
41. Essendon -
42. St Kilda -
43. Western Bulldogs -

We could nearly force a quadruple bid on L. Smith (GWS), Camporeale (Carlton), Cochrane (Swans), Cole (Saints). Basically wiping out 4 picks between our 2.

With a lot of very draftable options left at that stage, the risk is that one of our bids doesn't get matched. We'd have to like the player we're bidding on.

Luke Kennedy?
If Hamish Davis is available we'd have to jump at him. I'd be comfortable taking him with our first pick.

Camporeale, Cole and Cochran all possible to get bids before those picks. Could leave us with a good pick up at 43 as there would only be 4 picks between our 3rd and fourth picks. Not sure what the bombers need and the Cats generally most people are linking with Jaques, Port and GWS are the ones that I see more likely to takes smalls with the caveat being on GWS if they already haven't loaded up earlier in which case a KPP could be more likely.

I think camporeale and Cochran will but Cole is 50/50 for me.

All funnily players of need, Cochrane a small forward I think? I’d happily take Camporeale, looked great at U18 level & Cole is a Duryea type I think?

The young ruck probably the one I’d not want

We are talking about Joel Cochran who is a tall defender. Wouldn't be surprised if he was bidded on in the top 30 rare to see big blokes with the running capacity he has.
