Doesn't matter, we never had the option (assuming you don't take him at 1)anyone else would of preferred langford over smillie? i feel like langford will be better

Are there any left?Very happy with the haul. Would've liked another quick classy running type or two but can't fill every need in one draft even with all those picks.
Perhaps we get one tomorrow.
Pick 1 as well?
Will be a top 10 pick more likely top 5I'm glad to get Norf's F1, but the trade wasn't that much in our favour, it's a win, but not a complete robbery
Based off 2025 points, Pick 27 & 32 (estimated) is worth around Pick 16, and in 2024 points it's worth Pick 12, so it's still a win for us as long as they don't click and make a finals push.
even more of a reason to pick him over smillie if the cards fell that way. he would stay his whole career probs, also he can take contested marks and is fastI suspect not but it would have been tight. He wears Richmond stuff to school whenever he can so I wonder if he finds his way to Tigerland one day...
Just using points it's about 1600 points (using 2024 and 2025 values - I used 27 and 19 by the way - likely to be bids that push it out past that so points value comes down). That's about pick 6 in 2025 points. If we had pick 6 and gave it up for 27 and a future 2nd round pick... we'd melt and Cornes would tear (rightly) into us...That’s a funny image!! But if your pants are around your ankles not sure how far ur running?….
Lachie JacquesAre there any left?
Yes but we had no hope of getting him unless we got norf pick 2. Actuall a couple clubs did pretty good Melb and saints especially those 2 defenders will set them up for a long time.anyone else would of preferred langford over smillie? i feel like langford will be better
yup i defiantly think they will be happy , once i found out langford was also a diehard tiger supporter it stung me even moreYes but we had no hope of getting him unless we got norf pick 2. Maybe but a lot of clubs wouldn't have thrown such an early pick on him. A big fellow with back problems just saying.Faull is better than Shanahan. Toughest KPF in the draft.
when the FOS vs jagga war was waging, i was always a smillie man, and by the time that we had pick 6 and it was lalor vs FOS i was very happy not trading for pick 2 since i loved lalor & smillieanyone else would of preferred langford over smillie? i feel like langford will be better
What stung me was so many families were RFC supporters and watching throw there allegiance I nearly cried. Even that Kako family were tigers.yup i defiantly think they will be happy , once i found out langford was also a diehard tiger supporter it stung me even more
what back injury does he have? did he just hurt it from a contact injury or does he have a more serious problem?Maybe but a lot of clubs wouldn't have thrown such an early pick on him. A big fellow with back problems just saying.
Watch the vid posted earlier with Blair. He doesn't give anything away, but goes through all options. So are we gonna use our pick tomorrow? What’s the strategy?
we should of rescued him, shame we didnt have the chancethoughts are with harvey langford
imagine being a Richmond supporter like we all are and being forced to do anything at melbourne a club we all severely look down on
Watched the preliminary final gwv rebels vs Oakleigh Chargers live .Jonty killed it that day was the difference in winning and losing a fantastic pick upWatching his highlights he just looks like a competitive animal. I have doubts but that’s a trait that just doesn’t come naturally. If you’re a forward without a competitive spirit you end up like Josh Schache.
I wish I was 18 and 198cm lolOk Matt
I'm not convinced the Bombers will want a tall forward. Yes Shanahan is there, but their mids are more in the decline phase and they need to add one I think, and their defence was brittle. You'd have to think that the Bombers would trade up an F1 for the privilege of taking Shanahan.
We'd have 3 top 10 picks next year
More serious problem his at our club lol He has had problems last 2 seasons and missed games this season cause of it. It might be nothing and can overcome it but been a big fellow well i probably wouldn't have risked it.what back injury does he have? did he just hurt it from a contact injury or does he have a more serious problem?
