Let’s hope we are on top of Dogs at the end.

Sportsbet have us playing 3.20pm Sat. Reckon Lions will be Sat night.

Makes sense - 7 would probably get higher ratings for the Lions vs Carlton game because of the Brisbane audience so they’d prefer that.

Liam Jones possibly suspended due to a dangerous tackle.

Thoughts?

This is the game we need Battle and/or Barrass for…

Sic/Srimma/Weddle have been huge all year, we will need their intercepting more than ever with their tall forward line. Frosty gonna have a huge role too. Crucial the midfield doesnt allow them clean entries.

This group has risen to every big occasion, no reason to believe they wont again. Whether that is good enough to beat another top side is another question. But at the G and with our running ability, we are in with a real chance.

Day in for Maginness. If fit CJ will come back in for Morrison. It's clear Sam rates CJ higher.

Will be interesting to see if Jones avoids suspension and how Treloar pulls up.

Best possible outcome now for Hawks or Dogs is a Port v Cats match in Adelaide.
A Cats loss being the best outcome.
Locks in 2nd home final.
Wouldn’t that be tasty🙂 if we were to progress..

Quasimodo predicted this. The winner of this elimination final plays the loser of the qualifying final between Port Adelaide and Geelong in the semi final.

bookies have us opening as underdogs:

We don't need odds to be mentioned on this board. Thanks for your cooperation.

Jones will definitely get 1 week from MRO.

Dogs will definitely fight it.

Will be interesting to see if they can get him off....

Does anyone else get annoyed when you go to another teams' board and it doesn't operate the same way ours does?

Western Bulldogs haven't even started a preview thread for this game - wtf?
The Dogs are a miniature little club. They’ll get there eventually

Seems absurd to have the only MCG game played in the only day time slot.

Also reeks of the AFL thinking more people have an interest in whatever Carlton is doing.

Regardless, if we have the 3:20 slot I'd actually be a chance at making the trip down.

Swans giants on Saturday night.

We should’ve got the Friday night slot but nope, still get the worst fixture no matter what we do.
