Somebody suggested a 13,29 for 16,21 swap with Port. I could see that suiting as we get a better midfielder, they clearly need talls.

If crows want to move up, could we benefit.
21 37 for F1 F3
They can keep 21,
trade 2 for 4,37 F3 with North.

So 4,F1,F3,F3 for 2,21 is Adelaide's net deal.

The poster who put that up on the draft rumour thread normally has excellent intel. But as always time will tell.

Not liking the Fox draft late mail for us! Hoping it’s a bit off the mark.

With two 2nds next year might be worth a slight move up.
I hate what they have selected for us!

Codesports/HeraldSun is saying it looks like we will hold all our first rounders rather than try and move up. But we have apparently been shopping pick 37 around in case a bid for Smith comes early.
They also have us link to a few different players:
The Giants are believed to like X-Factor forwards Taj Hotton and Joe Berry, but both could already be off the board given they also have interest from clubs higher in the order. Other options at pick 15 and 16 could include key defender Noah Mraz, midfielder-forwards Tom Gross and Ollie Hannaford and speedy forward Jasper Alger, and Harry Oliver.
Also:
GWS has nominated small forward Josaia Delana and 199cm swingman Cooper Bell as academy prospects, with both set to come under consideration as Category B rookies if they don’t attract a bid.

If they are the guys we like, I hope we trade down and get some great draft capital for next year.

Yeah with who's still on the table there I don't think there's much danger of us taking those two.
Interesting them having WCE taking Hotton. Feels risky for the Eagles.
No chance they take hotton. They don't want to do something that risks annoying Harley Reid.
Hotton could well be the best long term prospect, but that takes 5 years to be proven. They need to win games this year to get Harley to resign.
I think they will significantly overpay for pick 21.
I like 21,F2 for eagles 2025f1 as a possible trade.

Nice.
I'd be stoked with Jack Whitlock. Forward/ruck that could work with Briggs in future.
Hotton would also be sweet. Hopefully he has better luck with injury than his brother.
Oliver is a good pick but I'd take someone else there
Personally with our third first rounder would rather we just move it for a future first.

They are big on Madden and we will take Logan Smith as an academy pick .
We already have Riccardi and Gruz outside the side when everyone is fit.
I just think a tall on needs alone is unnecessary.
If we think one of the talls is a future star happy to go with that.
I'd like to see us go with some midfielders that are versatile or defensively minded backs that have some rebound. Essentially a replacement for what went out in Perryman and Cumming

Honestly if Twomeys phantom is accurate, I'd love to see us trade 15 or 16, with 37, for a pick next and a late 20s/ early 30s Pick this year, with a haul of Hotton, Oliver and Gross. I do love Jack Whitlock, but don't think he's worth taking at the detriment of additional midfield depth

How about 15,37 for 18 23 with Richmond.
So 16,18,21,23. 4 first round picks.
Trade at least 1 of them to North or Eagles.
I hope we only take one tall, and i probably end up wrong but no to Hotton.
