For the record I rate Darcy highly. At his best he's A grade and arguably the best ruck in the league. We just don't see it often enough. I just want to see his best footy and getting in peak physical condition will go a long way towards making that happen.

Jack Darling was the worst example. A lot of teams, us included, wrote him off because his school reported "disciplinary problems". Turns out all it was that he ****ed his girlfriend on a school camp and her parents cracked the shits. So he slid to 26 (we took Jayden Pitt at 20).

And GLP-1 is not currently WADA banned. They'll look for it for their own data but its' not banned. For an athlete like Sean we actually want him eating enough to service quite a large frame and muscle - just needs to lose the excess calories from drinking or making poor choices with food.

We don't want him in a massive deficit such that his body eats his ability to delivery strength.

I know two people who have used Ozempic to lose weight. A mate has lost approximately 25kgs and says he has never felt better in his life. He was a type 2 diabetic but is no longer diabetic.

It's an interesting proposition that athletes could use it to help control their weight. I guess everything is an option if there is no other option.

Ozempic is a diabetic medication. Unless you need it for diabetes then don't use it. Simple. Encouraging athletes to use it is just idiotic. With the amount of calories they would burn a week it shouldn't be that hard to lose weight if needed.

Yeah, was offered to me 12 months ago to assist. There was a shortage though so elected to not take it away from someone with Diabetes.

Now supply is getting back to normal, it will be used more often. Better option than surgery, at least in the first instance.

Actually think this is one of those that gets done pretty early.

Clubs have plenty of time to work things out between now and trade week, and with the other noise around, would be keen to get their work done, then see how they could 'help' other clubs get deals done.

I would love Baker, Richards, Warner etc in purple.

I just don't rate Bolton that highly, and at the reported cost of multiple firsts I don't think he is worth it.

I would call Bolton an anti money ball player. Looks great in highlights, but the stats don't back it up. He is also poor defensively.

Me.. happy to be wrong, but who knows if he come here, Voss couldn’t get a game at Essendon… they need a forward too.

Love how everyone acts on here like they have never been wrong. At the time freo needed a key forward he was playing good VFL footy for the dogs. Never said he was Wayne Carey but anyway we move on. Clearly some can’t
