Just thinking Warner will be on $1m+ and Bolton on $900k+ so will be tight. The right play might bring to get Bolton and draft Berry this year, leave Warner until next.

Not fussed about the other out of contract players - Reidy is more than capable as depth if Knobel leaves and Emmett can move to the rookie list if noone wants him

Reidy I have doubts haha but I think Emmett and Stanley are cooked now - just victims of the draft and I think there is no way we keep all three rucks, one has to go.

Just the vibe of it tells me he's not going to consider North. All reports are he is happy to stay at Port, but possibly go to a Vic side. I know no one seems to have the currency, but surely North isn't even a last resort.

Anyway, I'll say trading for north's future 1st is less than 2% chance happening.

I do think we can easily auction off pick 10, but it would probably be for an early 2nd and a future first or at the most optimistic of hopes, 2 very late firsts - one this year and one next.

I dont think the rookie thing makes a difference, there's just fullstop not enough list spots. I'll be staggered if we trade in less than 2 players and that makes it all real tight when we should still be having a presence in this draft.
