Heeney has been suspended. But the appeal will happen and he’ll get off. Back to Brownlow favourite tomorrow night. Really nothing in it.

I expect Henney's charge to be downgraded.
The AFL rule reads: In instances where a player intends to forcefully push or fend an opposition player off the ball (including to gain separation for the purpose of contesting the ball) and the effect is that the player “strikes” their opponent, the strike will usually be graded as intentional rather than Careless.

The key word here is "usually", and with Hogan and Butters also having their charges downgraded earlier this year, I am expecting the same.
