Maybe he needs some words of encouragement about learning from mistakes and that he's goona be one hell of a player in this league

Bryce Young is showing why you should never give up on someone after a poor rookie year. If the player is willing to do the work in offseason and coaching improves no reason why he can’t turn it around like young has.

Ive been saying Bowles could be a sneaky chance to get fired if they are one and done in the playoffs, a loss here could really set the wheels in motion.

Is the team that good?

I'm not a huge Bowles fan, but Tampa are not a great roster. Evans, Baker and Goodwin after that who is there.

They should of won the division by now. Depending on Bowles contract I could see it if he has 1 year left and don't want to risk him falling into an extension next year with another division
