I hope you're right. Obviously he doesn't need to play the practice games, we just need to nurse him through. I think I'm just traumatised by the DMac calf issues. And it's a bit concerning that he's going to miss a decent chunk of footy with what is basically "awareness". Seems like he's pretty much off legs for now. Hopefully when he's back on legs that's the end of it.

An ex-girlfriend's grandparents had a legitimate Van Gogh painting on their wall in their house. Small 3 bedroom house in a regional Victorian town. It was a gift from Van Gogh to one of his neighbours, which was passed down.

I thought the story was fanciful, but in the letters he wrote that were published, he mentioned those neighbours (and their family name) specifically. Apparently there's something written on the back of the canvas.

It was a bowl of fruit, if I remember right.

From that, barring unforeseen injuries, it seems that Windy and Stocker are going to have to make way for a fit Dow and Sincs respectively, which is a shame. I suppose ideally, you'd bench them in place of Ross and Bonner.

Looks like there'll be a fairly different look to our midfield this year, with Dow, Phillipou, Windy, Henry going there among others. The success of these guys as inside/outside mids will probably be a huge factor in our season and ultimately our future. Probably what I'm most excited about watching in the pre-season games.

I doubt Windy will make way until he has had a reasonable crack at it & his form isn’t up to scratch.

This kid is driving standards and busting his gut to be the best he can be.

Reminds me of the episode of Seinfeld where J. Peterman was writing his biography and realised his life was too dull. Ended up buying Kramer’s far more interesting stories which then became his own.

I don't even know one. One of the biggest advantages of living OS. Don't know any by that chubby redheaded bloke either who was on GOT for a moment. Unfortunately I know of way too many JPop bands though. Like, at least 3 or 4 which is way too many already.

I feel Henry is going to have a big impact on this team , we have picked up a kid that has only just found his feet in the AFL - last year getting 30 disposal games will give him the confidence to really take the next step.
Picking up this kid was a huge trade deal.
More than makes up for the loss of Gresham and Billings.

I've deliberately avoided watching every single episode of Seinfeld, just so I always have something to look forward to.
There's something very powerful about tuning into an episode of Seinfeld and having it be a completely new episode.
