Pity some of the people on this forum have to just be tossers pr be nasty because of a lack of knowledge on a subject. The Brains Trust is a group of people watching the saints at most sessions. We named ourselves the prez DIDNT. Yes, we take the piss out of ourselves! We like a laugh. We not only support the club but we look after each other. If one of us is sick we find out what we can do to HELP. If you dont know the FACTS about something then keep your trap shut. Plain n simple.

People fretting about missing out on 3 father/sons need to be aware of the cunning plan here.

Keep the Riewoldt kids out of the system and then sign them as Cat B Rookies at no cost. Save those precious first round draft picks.

With their genes I'm sure they'll pick up the game easily enough once pre season starts

While you're here... Did you see Howard pull Kings shoulder out because he was frustrated at being beaten in a one-on-one drill?
Because the story originated from your group according to Mike. And gets repeated on here regularly. Would like to know the origin and veracity of the tale.

Didn't know it was his last day. Was having a chat with him, complimenting him on how great the ground looked. Seemed like a ripping bloke.

Was a nice touch at the end of training for all of the staff and players to be down there giving him a round of applause.

41 years is time well served. Thanks for the efforts well done.

I see you guys every time I go. You are all having a nice chat and get together. I haven't introduced myself but it is clear you are all great Sainters who give up their time for some of you to give reports on training for the many on here who can't make it. I am in that fortunate spot nowdays to get down there regularly.

Anyone who can't see you are taking the piss out of yourselves is an idiot in my opinion.

No that was Rabbit. Brains became good mates with him through the podcast and we did a few things for Rabbit before he passed, it was back when I had connections to Finnis so got him and his family premium seating and room access to one of our games, Tom Hickey did a nice message for him, and Rabbit's family came on the board after he passed to let us know and to thank us all for helping out.

Stewart66 another terrific poster and person, part of that group that watches training. We've lost some good ones.

Are you denying that Howard pulled Kings arm which resulted in him needing a full shoulder reconstruction? If so you might as well deny the sky is blue as well.

I have seen a defender do that at training many times. I have seem it in matches. It was really bad luck, Howard didn't mean to injure him, it was an accident.
However it is known that Lyon doesn't like contact pre season. First time this preseason I saw any type of contact contest was today and it was all pretty mild.
Again if you had ever taken the time to actually go to training, you would see Lyon isn't on the field for the whole time, he is in the rooms occasionally, or in the dugout talking to the analytics and fitness coaches. If he had of seen Howard impeding King prior to the accident, he would have stopped training and told Howard not to do it. I have seen him stop training numerous times for less.
So it's not a 'rumour' Howard injured King. It is a fact. It I also a fact Howard did not mean it. So cut you crap out and understand that people have more of an idea than you do, because they actually make an effort.
