Agree. i think i pretty much said that in previous posts.
Time will tell if it is any more than usual though.

I don't think most on here will melt if the moves work or appear to work.
I am looking forward to seeing or hear what changes they make in the upcoming preseason match sims and intraclub games.

Wilmot looks like a readymade wing/midfielder to me and i would like to see that trialed. That's just my opinion though.
He has played 29 good games the majority at half back with a few on the wing. He reminds me so much of Eliot Yeo.
I also think half back is a position we have well covered with fringe players well equipped to play that position.

I probably prefer Wilmot to stay where he is for this year, but can see him moving to the wing. Lets say he did move to the wing this year and we have young Fletcher on the other wing, where does Berry fit in?

Berry is still our best winger in my opinion, so he stays.
Ah Chee is the one that misses out if Wilmot plays wing.

On the other hand, if Wilmott can fill Dev's position from that GF side but plays midfield mostly and some wing relief, Ah Chee may stay.

I for one will be happy if the name ‘gunners’ is never used in any of our threads again. Why is he bought up all the time?? He came for one year, contributed nothing and has now taken off. The role Wilmot is playing now, halfback mostly and rotating thru the wing at times, is where I see his best. I'm keen to see him become the best halfback he can be. That's pretty exciting long term. At the moment he extends his gametime chipping in on the wing. I like what I see from him there too. To make the wing a strength this year I'd like to see Wilmot and Kiddy rotate thru the wing when not at halfback. Gives support to Berry n Fletcher and adds a whole new dynamic to the position.

we are in pretty good shape if Dev and Ah Chee can't make the 23. That said, I tend to agree Berry is probably still our best winger. We have a tough draw this year, I think we will regularly use 25 to 26 players.

Even if Ah Chee gets pushed out of the 22 I still think he is the best option we have for a sub. He is one of the more flexible players we have so should utilise that.

Was thinking of going myself.
May be that they are thinking of starting match sims on Friday Avo’s as of this week.
Or if not this week, certainly next week because there isn’t much time to go.
