Reckon he is the best interceptor, he's up there with the best interceptors the game has seen
Yeo interesting.
Just can't bring myself to with his durability, but the appeal is obvious.
If he lasts the season, he'll give owners low 100's for 80's and if he doesn't, as long as he can get to, say, 6 of the first 8 games, he'll have delivered points on-field and a cash boost you can use to pivot to a fallen or make bridging the gaps to a Daics realistic.

Your mids are gonna smoke it but you are right to be concerned about the defence. I would need to balance that out a bit more and we've got a few good midfield cheapies/rookies to choose from

Think I'll be sticking with this even throughout RD 0. The only structure change I've looked at is Sheezel instead of Taranto (Roberts on-field instead of Reid/Coffield), but I really want Taranto in the side because I reckon he could be a Top 10 Mid this year.
The forward-line is properly f***ed but the 130k-300k range should have enough scoring power to survive during best 18. Hopefully a forward premo or two decide to show up before the early byes are done cause none of them are giving me confidence at the moment.
Perfect Scenario: At RD 3, after Whitfield has scored 300 points against North and WCE and had a nice price rise, he gets f***ed off before he burns me for the 4th time, and becomes the best looking mid-pricer that's on the bubble. Gives me another couple looks at Coleman/Fisher/Bonner/Massimo to see if they end up being the real deal or a trap.
Round 0 watchlist: PIGGY?, Coleman, Thomson Dow, Zilliams?, Windsor, Billings, Tobias, Bolton, Dusty, EVERY FWD PREMO, BALTAAAAAAA.

Have had Jackson locked at F1 all off season, but liking some of the teams I've made with Fisher.
Good spread of top rookies and batting deeper on the bench. Should be good for cash gen.
Downside is only 11 premos, have seen some teams with 12-12.5

Interested to know why you've gone with Cole over some other options.
Coleman, Budarick, Massimo, all quite popular at or below that price.

I think a lot of us are most likely going to wait for DPP additions given the apparent glut of mid-price and rookie forward options presenting themselves, Scoops.
If Jack Macrae had have had an uninterrupted pre-season he’s pretty much the only one that I can say with any certainty that would be a top 6 forward this season, barring injury of course. I had him locked at F1 and Flanders at F2.
Unfortunately I like different players in their price bracket on other lines who I think have a better role, so I have temporarily sacrificed them to make way for a couple of gulls.
