Complete performance. Clinical. I’m ****ing over the moon. That was our best performance this year and I love that everytime I say this, we find and go one better.

TDK is a monster. 25 disp, 20 contested, 7 i50s, 7 clearances and 6 tackles. But it’s not just the numbers. It’s the pressure and presence he brings at contest, it’s how he works hard at ground level but also aerially as well. He has arrived, and boy is it glorious. His performances like this raise the performances of those around him in the middle. Outstanding.

Cincottas job on Stewart was another massive tick. Hurting him the other way with 2 goals makes it even sweeter. Which takes me to Cowans job on Miers and his tenacity when tackling, topped our tackles at 8. Also his first goal, absolute ripper, mooooooooooo!

Elijah gets better and better, backed up his performance from last game and just oozes class, he is an all round player. Some of his vision during a chain of play and ability to pull the kick to a difficult option with ease is so nice to have, underestimated weapon atm I think. Weiters another fantastic showing and smashed Hawkins to pieces.

Then the Cripps and Walsh show, I mean need I say any more? If it wasn’t for TDK, we’d be going nuts even more of their performances. Kennedy’s game also maybe his best this season, went up another level.

We bring this game, that was so strong in most areas especially our pressure (that forward 50 tackle count is WOW btw), we are going a long way this season to doing great things.

I’m 32, Carlton Football Club, I beg please let it be time, tonight shows me it can be that time. ****ing proud 💙

Weiters and Newman should be AA
And Bruce Doull should be elevated to Legend….off topic but true

Weiters, Walsh, Curnow, Cripps, Newman, TDK & Acres all heading towards AA squad selection. Harry is ahead of Ben King and Hogan for the second key forward spot in my opinion - he's got them in most stats and only slightly behind them for goals kicked. Acres is the best wing in the comp (of those who actually play on the wing all the time).

Cripps is seriously a once in a generation player. I feel like we wouldn't be having this success without his buy in and strong leadership, committed to the end to see us succeed. We are extremely lucky to have him and credit to his parents for raising their kid to have such strong morals, loyalty and humility ❤️

I new Dekoning was going to be great from day dot.Had to convince his a lot older cousin who baby sat him last year I said he now has a tank watch him explode can’t wait to ask what he thinks now tall barrel chested bastard that he is.
Only joking he’s a top bloke except he barracks for Melbourne.
Obviously the team looked great but I need to admit preconceptions and judgements from little to no actual insight I thought Aaron Hamill was a journeyman coach riding the system I thought Maty Kruzer was a job for the boys and Jordan Russel was also a huge question mark.
I heard Aaron great name by the way on SEN impressive very impressive Kruzer has the ruck division humming and the forward line actually seems to be taking shape.
I feel our coach to team connection is as good as it has been part of that in my opinion is that Voss has learnt from his first stint to empower his line coaches.
It’s not just the team on field that’s coming together I feel it’s the organization from Cooky down.
There are some smart cookies in our coaching department Ash Hansen would be high on the list.
