Wife banned anymore replays of the game being played for the weekend. Has been on in one form or another across devices/ TV's pretty much since this morning!"Mr Nub, you are accused of watching the 4th quarter against the geelong football club 5 times in the past 24 hours. How do you plead?"
Guilty your Honour... actually it was seven

It’s because the siren went, the umpire in control calls time to end the quarter.
While it is clear that Cameron ran off the line, the umpire did not call play on.
I’ll just say, again, the stand rule has made the whole mark process an absolute farce. Players 45 degrees off the line being allowed to stand there and play on being called far too late, when players have effectively gone past the man on the mark. It is my biggest hate atm.

Thank you for this, an end of a quarter signal has always been 2 arms raised in the air.
The third goal was on the back of a disgraceful (non) decision against Stengle. I was sitting right in front there and he was not only caught holding the ball, he incorrectly disposed of it and then, as the ball was in the air, he tapped it/threw it away
Play on!!!
Umpiring lunacy!!!
Becoming a very important player. I think particularly when he gets the ball around halfback to wing, he then often finds the next link in the chain to get us to an i50. Huge role in our transition game.Anyone else noticing how valuable E Hollands is as he brings calmness to a chaotic situation. We still have a bit of panic/chaotic moments as a side going fwd, then the ball gets to E Hollands and despite not being incredibly quick, he just calms everything down and picks the very best of options.
It's a quality we so need as we have players who can find the pill but panic dispose of the ball. For Hollands it isnt so much about the number of possessions but more about 'how he uses those possessions' to correct the chaos.
So true.Growing up one of the first things Mum taught me about successful Carlton was how much they loved one another as a teammate.
We haven't had that for a very long time and it was clear as crystal.
How many times did we criticise the other 21 players on the ground for allowing the opposition to murder Cripps? Murphy? Simpson?
How many times was a player hit behind play and instead of demonstrating with the player they'd allow it to happen without receipt?
How many times did a leader lambast a younger teammate for not doing the right thing but in such a way as to shatter that teammates confidence and not pick him up?
The love is back.
This team - and I mean TEAM - backs one another up to the hilt.
When a teammate ****s up a teammate or two always offers a high five or a quick acknowledgement of "you'll do better next time."
Instead of seeing the opposition lay into a Carlton player - regardless of player - you're seeing Carlton players back one another up every time and it's making the opposition reconsider whether it's worth it.
They celebrate each other's successes. They know when their teammate's have had a breakthrough moment or had an outstanding influence on a contest even if it doesn't get a stat, especially if it doesn't get a stat
This team puts the group ahead of the individusl almost every time. And when they don't they quickly make one another accountable. And that player inevitably owns it.
The most important ingredient for short and long term team success is back. This team is finally a team.
Harry is the only one in the top 5 of the Colman that is playing chf- he is in for my AA team.
No current season stats available
When he gets it, everyone else looks in slow motion.Anyone else noticing how valuable E Hollands is as he brings calmness to a chaotic situation. Us going 6 on 6 due to stewart helped up on the fwd tackle count. Our best tackling game for quite some time. 22 tackles inside 50.
The whole team was tackling with intent aggression and not letting the Cat's players slip or sidestep us.
Everyone stepped up when it was their turn.

Alright.... who are the 2 people that didn't vote for TDK in the poll?
C'mon...... own up!!!!.
We don't want you here ok.....
Don't need that kind of negativity around here.
Weiters is just demoralising them this year. If guys like Dixon or Hawkins were thinking about another year, they weren't after the Weiters match-up.Jacob Weitering must be one strong SOB. Yes Hawkins is over the hill, and how he still gets a game even over a young beanpole is beyond me, but in one on one battle for strength he should still beat most people. He had no answer for Weiters who he couldn't overpower and tbh I don't think ever has.
And then it all came crashing down, up until this cctv you we’re killing it.Been trying out different struts to add to my swagger today.
Believe I have figured out the correct combination of posture, speed, sway and angle of dangle to ensure I don’t lean to maintain straight lines.
Feeling empowered.
Don't Cinc your boots into it just yet. You Cotta give it a chance. It's terrable.............................
