I grew up on the East Coast rocker, so my favourite spots are around Swansea, Freycinet (Coles Bay) and St Helens.

There are plenty of great spots down south too though (Bruny Island, Hastings Caves etc),up past New Norfolk (Mt Field), plus of course Lake Sinclair and Cradle Mountain. West Coast around Strahan is great too.

Tassie looks small on a map, but there is a lot to see if you like those types of places.

I think the Mt Anne hike can be a pretty tough one, but haven’t done it myself.
