If I set E on both F7 and F8, F7 plays, F8 does not play (Freijah), it will take the F7 score, right?

F6 Fisher (C to take VC score)
F7 Curnow E (playing)
F8 Freijah E (not playing)

Yes. You get the lowest scoring player. A non player doesn't count.
