Comben is too injury prone to go early on surely Scoops? Why not upgrade Billings and get him if he makes it to the start line in game 3?

It's super-risky, but I get there with 95% certainty in this order to get the triple next week, and there's basically no other way to swing it with the logical outs I have to play with.
Going pre-bubble x2 is not a great idea normally.
