Surely we go up 10 000 on the back of the Pies win?

It's a real shame we don't have a home game for a month after the Pies win.

I actually checked that because it seemed like an anomaly. It’s correct.

3 away games in a row, before playing the Bulldogs in a ‘neutral’ home game in round 6. Then we play PA away in round 7.

We only play 2 home matches in the first 7 rounds, with one of those home matches at the MCG. Doesn’t necessarily help with the promotion of home matches.

It’s interesting that the Suns get to play at home 5 times in the first 7 rounds. But nobody should be surprised with that.

It's a bit of a fizzer of a start isn't it? I know it's not ideal for the club from $$$ pov but saw the fixture and decided to give AFL membership a go this season because of it.

Back ended home games from Round 16 onwards will be huge for us though running up to finals

We have some tough matches to finish the season.

West Coast (H), Essendon (H), Brisbane (H), Richmond (A), Geelong (H), Carlton (A - Docklands).

But we play 5 of the last 6 matches at Docklands. Should be a strong selling point to entice supporters to buy memberships because we (hopefully) will be surging home at the end of the season.

Agreed. With the membership cut off in August, selling 5 game memberships should be easy.

Footy in general seems a bit all over the shop until mid year. Odd start times, Thursday nights, Gather Gound, Opening Round and so on

George didn't rely on that number lol
Incredible that the numbers are exactly the same then.
If it is that important to have the exact number call 1300 467 246 and any of the staff will tell anyone the latest figure.
But you'd better call them back ten minutes later in case they've sold another one.
