Not really, no.

Flexing the hip puts your hamstring under mild tension, but flexing the knee takes it off stretch again, so this would be a comfortable position for someone with a hamstring strain.
Thanks for the explanation. I have no knowledge in this stuff, so was just curious.

BTW, I SO want Dan McStay to share in a flag - ideally, this year in a miracle comeback.
Plus, next year in the threepeat.
Watching him train so hard, so soon is inspiring.
I'd love to see that happen. That's why I don't think we'll rule him out until it's impossible. I love his body work and size.

If anyone's been down to training, they'll notice he's putting in the effort. Can't really fault him.

Darcy was drafted as a forward, Howe was recruited as a forward, Mihcoek a defender.

Not quite the same situation.

All those players you listed did play in those positions and it didn't work out as expected so we tried shifting.

Reef is a young player who they know is not ready for the midfield yet so they haven't put him there until they feel he is.

The running element. His training block for him time out will cover what would take others up to a year as it will be his sole focus and he won't have matches. That sort of development gets fitness up and makes it so he can attack the season.
I don't think his fitness was ever in question. I think it's a real shame he's going to miss 6-8 weeks of footy. Not promising.

Weird take.

It's about him getting fitter. Every AFL draftee works on running capacity once drafted. No, it was never an issue for Harry but the better his running is, the better his times are, the better player he will be. Nick Daicos put in huge running work in the 2022 off-season, won the 2km time trial in 2023 and then dominated even more in 2023.

Wtf are you going on about?

Can someone tell me what his actual injury is.

I don't see anything positive or promising in an injury to one of our young recruits, whom many of us were looking forward to seeing in the intra match & quite possibly the 2 practice matches.

Well straight from the horse's mouth is he's done a finger, having surgery. He sees it in two ways. There's the obvious negative, there's a positive. His development progress will be better for it.

It feels odd to me that they haven't added the SPP choices before photo day.

No, not the end of the world, but a bit odd, no?

Is there a way we can find the same photo from this time last year to see if Oleg was Oscar were in it?

I cant imagine us announcing it on sunday. So surely before the end of the week.
Tomorrow is the intraclub.
Thur is the final day SSP can train, but thats our players day off, so really tomorrow is the final day (and so friday with the main session, the SSP's cant be there unless announced)
And you have the jumper presentations.. be interesting how they work that.
Announcing them tomorrow morning makes sense.
